Kelly, the store manager is very aggressive, rude & uneducated about DG SOPs. She kicked people out of her store today just for looking in a box that was on a shelf. She started screaming at customers, made people leave and even called the police, even though they just wanted to purchase items. She also was late and did not open until after 9:00 a.m and told customers waiting, that she didn't care and she would open when she felt like it. She also sold a number of items without actually ringing them up on the register. Pictures are attached of a stack of items that were given to a lady for free and then two more pictures showing what someone else got and yet there were only a couple items on her receipt. This manager is literally sending product out the door without charging people ~E's

This store is horrible and has been for quite some time now. I keep going back thinking it will get better and it continues to get worse. Not that anyone cares but I won't go back there again. I would rather pay more elsewhere than deal with that madhouse ever again ! Boxes and pallets are literally everywhere, blocking aisles and almost tripping you at every turn. Nothing is stocked or where it should be. It's dirty and the employees are just standing around and gossiping most the time. You can't ask where anything is because several times I've heard employees tell customers "uh, I don't know" and that's it. They don't try to help or find someone who can. I'm sure there are a few decent workers there but they are definitely being overshadowed by the lazy ones. I don't like to leave bad reviews but after several horrible experiences back to back I wanted to. I really wish they could get it together but I bet they won't because I'm sure we should just be thankful they showed up... to do nothing. This store is seriously a disaster. I'm convinced anyone saying otherwise is an employee trying to up their review rating. This review is based off several trips not just one and the photos are how the store constantly looks not just one bad day, it's always a mess in there ! ~Bella

I got there at 9:45AM. I was told it would be done in an hour. I waited an hour and 45 min so I asked how much longer it would be because I needed to go to work and they informed me that they hadn’t even started on it yet because the guy forgot about an appointment that was scheduled! I waited all that time for nothing! I will never go to this center again. Service: Tires ~Abbie

I believe the speed of checkout could be improved slightly. If you are shopping for men's non plus size, this is still a great place to go. For plus size men, the options have drastically been reduced here which is unfortunate. I also wish there was more organization to the store, sizes are not separated very well. I found more M-XL options under the big and tall aisle, than actual big and tall options. ~Matt

May 2022 I have continuously been looking at the open hours for this location on the weekdays. Noticed it had changed from 6pm to 8pm; was excited but called to double check. No, open until 6pm. I miss being able to shop here after work when I need something nice quickly. Quality here is always great, but currently not very accessible. Lots of sales advertised for shoes, but I need to be able to try on. Looking forward to being able to stop in again as needed. ~Jenny

I want to thank the good folks at Aaron's for delivering yesterday..I was supposed to be delivered too but some how I wasn't on the board but they made sure to get delivered as promised...the guy came out showed my son how the new TV worked made sure all was OK before leaving definitely a go to place thank you 😊 ~DAVID

Not sure how my car was applied with the diamond gloss paint protection without washing it first, many contours of the car still dirty. Several spots missed with the armor all shine on the interior and exterior trim. Spots missed on seats with the inner guard fabric protection. Windows were not cleaned. Hopefully more attention to detail was paid to the rust protection package. ~Joe

I only go here for the crushed chewy ice lol. I drive everyday 30 minutes from my home just for the ice. Wish they sold it by the big bags instead of me having to buy 8 large cups a day lol. Other than that I'm happy.☺ Everytime i go im always in and out. Never any long line wait. And on top...i forgot to say..... The store is always clean. ☺☺☺☺😎 ~Stephanie

Didn't go myself, but my mother went there and she loved it. Decent variety, she found clothes that actually fit and looked fantastic. I'm only sad I can't shop there. Much too thin and never planning on changing that. ~Wolf
