9 Best clothing store in Plainfield, Indiana (IN) 2024

This store is horrible and has been for quite some time now. I keep going back thinking it will get better and it continues to get worse. Not that anyone cares but I won't go back there again. I would rather pay more elsewhere than deal with that madhouse ever again ! Boxes and pallets are literally everywhere, blocking aisles and almost tripping you at every turn. Nothing is stocked or where it should be. It's dirty and the employees are just standing around and gossiping most the time. You can't ask where anything is because several times I've heard employees tell customers "uh, I don't know" and that's it. They don't try to help or find someone who can. I'm sure there are a few decent workers there but they are definitely being overshadowed by the lazy ones. I don't like to leave bad reviews but after several horrible experiences back to back I wanted to. I really wish they could get it together but I bet they won't because I'm sure we should just be thankful they showed up... to do nothing. This store is seriously a disaster. I'm convinced anyone saying otherwise is an employee trying to up their review rating. This review is based off several trips not just one and the photos are how the store constantly looks not just one bad day, it's always a mess in there ! ~Bella

I believe the speed of checkout could be improved slightly. If you are shopping for men's non plus size, this is still a great place to go. For plus size men, the options have drastically been reduced here which is unfortunate. I also wish there was more organization to the store, sizes are not separated very well. I found more M-XL options under the big and tall aisle, than actual big and tall options. ~Matt

May 2022 I have continuously been looking at the open hours for this location on the weekdays. Noticed it had changed from 6pm to 8pm; was excited but called to double check. No, open until 6pm. I miss being able to shop here after work when I need something nice quickly. Quality here is always great, but currently not very accessible. Lots of sales advertised for shoes, but I need to be able to try on. Looking forward to being able to stop in again as needed. ~Jenny

Didn't go myself, but my mother went there and she loved it. Decent variety, she found clothes that actually fit and looked fantastic. I'm only sad I can't shop there. Much too thin and never planning on changing that. ~Wolf

Very casual and comfortable clothes. Great prices....the manager and staff at Perry Crossing are very friendly and helpful. The store has big sales all the time, making it possible to achieve a classic look at an affordable price!!!!Love it!! ~Gloria

First off they have amazing deals. The staff there was very helpful and answered all my questions. They have great selections. They do give 30 percent off if your a member plus a 15% military discount. We got our kids school clothes for summer, fall, and a small amount of winter clothes for around $300.00 for two kids and about 14 outfits total plus some winter clothes as well. Those are both toddler sizes for one and teenager clothes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need to do some school clothes shopping or needing clothes in general. I love Old Navy with a passion. ~Corey
