yeah so this girl that was working black hair and stuff was snobby and was making rude comments. and we returned an item and she made it a big ordeal and she is a overall rude person. she insisted seeing my ID also. 3/23/21 @6:30

Love this store especially this location in Plainfield, they have lovely trendy clothing. I was helped by Milly the last time I went and she was so attentive and helpful from the moment I walked in until I was done. Also, a lady who I believe was the store manager was there and she gave me tips on how to use certain outfits (great service). Overall I had a great experience, I definitely recommend shopping at this location!! 👍🏻

The store manager (i think her name is Jill), is so, so, so rude and demeaning. I live less than 5 minutes from this location and i go out of my way to go to the francescas in castelton or clay terrace because she has been very rude every single time I’ve gone in there.
