Didn't go myself, but my mother went there and she loved it. Decent variety, she found clothes that actually fit and looked fantastic. I'm only sad I can't shop there. Much too thin and never planning on changing that.

It’s a convenient place for online returns, but doesn’t really have too many options as far as shoes and clothing. No extended sizes hardly for people who are looking to stop in and purchase instead of online (that’s for shoes & clothes) if there is it’s due to a return IF they keep it on hand to sale. I haven’t came across a sale rack like most Torrid’s have in their stores. Employees there are okay.

really inconvenient and annoying that the hours seem to fluctuate based on their employees so the site + store + sometimes signs on their doors are never the same.

Always a great experience each time I shop here. Sales associates and managers are friendly and helpful! If they dont have my size in stock, I can always order online and have it shipped to store for free. Torrid prices can be high, so be sure to check out the clearance rack, sales, coupons and online for all the best prices and deals.

This is my go-to shop for clothes. The store is clean, organized, and just fun to be in. I have never had a bad experience at this location of Torrid. Staff are always friendly and helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. The clothes are so cute, I don't know why I ever shop online when this store is always packed with adorable outfits. Always such a great experience shopping at Torrid. The manager, Margo, is always super friendly as well as almost every employee I've come across. Highly recommended.
