I’ve been there twice now and haven’t been disappointed. The store is so clean and decorated so cute. The clothes are exceptionally clean, very cute and trendy, and priced well. I will not spend money on new clothing again. They always have a range of high chairs, strollers, toys, and infant containers. I highly recommend you checking this place out. The staff are helpful and cheerful.

They carry some used maternity clothes as long as some new ones. The used maternity clothes are reasonably priced.

Won’t take two different extended family members totes from two different households with two different addresses at the same time(so two different drop offs) Their excuse was they have to keep things moving. That’s a terrible excuse when they’ll take totes from the person in line behind you.

I called asking about a specific style/size of clothing. The person who answered actually went to two different places looking for what I asked about and gave an honest answer. That is GREAT customer service! I didn't have a need to shop there today, but I will in the future.

This is the place to go to buy gently used baby Gear and toys. But I personally am always unimpressed with their clothes selection. When I went to sell I had a huge laundry basket of clean baby clothes and none had stains. I had 2 Zipadee Zip sleep sacks in good condition and at least fifteen 0-3 month sleepers I put in there. We looked around after we dropped it off and I saw that there were only two 0-3 month sleepers on the rack so I assumed they would buy mine. It took them 7 days to go through my basket and they didn’t hardly buy anything from me and told me they “only take clean items” Everything in that basket was clean. I even asked my mother in law if she thought it seemed dirty because they made me self conscious and she said they all smelled like Downy. They’re clothes are higher prices than Once Upon a a Child and they don’t have as many sales and deals as Once Upon a Child.

Where Target used to be my weekly shopping place this store has now taken it's place. The clothes are in great shape and the prices are unbeatable. I honestly do not know how they would have anything less than 5 stars. They have such a great selection of things as well. Some people point out that they don't buy all of your things and there is one thing I would like to say- I am glad. The quality of clothes they put out is top notch. They do this to provide the best product to the customers. We should all appreciate being able to make a little money and then turn around and buy more things in store. I made it my goal to get 80% of my Christmas presents there this year.

I happened upon KGR on accident one day while shopping in Plainfield (which Im not from) and after going in my first time, it has become a mandatory stop anytime Im remotely close to the area. I am a grandma to 3(and 1 on the way) grandchildren, all under the age of 5 and KGR is such a great place to shop. They carry a little bit of everything; maternity, baby furniture, car seats, bedding, accessories, clothing of all sizes( I even purchased a name brand pair of jeans there for my 21 year old daughter), toys, books, DVD's, shoes, socks, sporting items, handmade items, and a boutique. I have been able to always find something to buy everytime Ive been in there. I cant speak on the buying process because I have yet to take anything in to sell, but am always seeing others bringing things in all of the time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Not to mention the store is well organized and clean, for as much that they have, its not a cluttered and disorganized mess. Will always make the extra trip out of my way to stop in anytime Im relatively close. Well done KGR!
