Affordable prices. Nice selection of "Jeans" in many sizes. Bought 2 pairs, but had to take them back, because I couldn't try them on. Dressing Room was Out-of-order. I took them back and got a smaller size. Cashier was very friendly and helpful 😊

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. The cashiers are always mad because they have to ring you up, no one speaks when you walk in or leave out. The only thing abt this location is they have a variety of clothing. They literally need to get rid of every single person or have customer service classes. Please do better!!

Citi Trends can be a hit or miss. I’ve put together amazing outfits from out of this store and I’ve also been so annoyed with the up keeping of the store that I really couldn’t look around. Maybe having a few extra associates to help keep the floor clean would fix the issue. There are a few really nice employees that will help with any questions and a couple that have bad attitudes. However, I still enjoy shopping here for great deals on fashionable clothing and layaway is always an option.

I visited your Citi Trends location in Gary Indiana on 4th Avenue in the Tri city plaza on August 4th 2019 at about 3:00 p.m. I set my daughter up in a dressing Room with ten pair of uniform pants and 2 pair of shoes. Upon trying on the garments my daughter had to use the bathroom and it was sort of emergent so I asked an employee can she use the restroom. The employee stated yes however he said that I had to go through the store manager. I walked up fight I asked the store manager Ken my daughter use the bathroom and I told her that it was an emergency, I explained that we had a dressing Room set up and I was trying not to leave and come back. With the nastiest attitude she told me that she didn't have anyone that could go in the bathroom and watch my 11 year old daughter so no she couldn't use it. There was no local businesses in the area that I could go to and let my daughter to use the restroom (the nearest was literally 3 miles away, a McDonald's) and then come back, needless to say Citi Trends lost a sale of 10 pair of uniform pants 5 shirts and 2 pair of shoes because I left and I'm never shopping with Citi Trends again. I think you guys need to overhaul that store. I will also leave this same review any and everywhere else I can via social media.
