Absolutely love this store! I drive a little over an hour to shop here. There's so many different items to choose from and it changes all the time. Name brand clothes, purses, cologne...u name it they have it! The staff seemed over whelmed with all the customers and the wait in the line was a little time consuming. One the other hand they kept there composure and was still kind and professional. This is a must see !

The cashier was RUDE & SNIPPITY when me and my step daughter tried to take in a shopping cart from another store (because they don't have actual carts only carry baskets) with her 2 children (1 is a 5 week old infant and the other is just under 2). I had plans on spending quite a bit more then what could have fit in their piss poor excuse for a basket. Obviously they WON'T be getting ANY more of my money. And I will tell EVERYONE to take their money and business to ANY other store BUT there. Obviously they have NO CLUE what customer service is.

Good store if your on a budget. Not best quality but hand wash/air dry you will be gd. Go up a size or two. My son size is wearing big & tall now. They go up to 5X really helps. He's 3X . Store is always cluttered remind me of old "Value City" had bunches of clothes. Staff has got better. Never a issue but every time go in there see new face & nicer

Has it good days and bad ones.the manager, he should be more helpful upfront when there's a long line, one cashier and she's doing a layaway. Customers shouldn't have to wait forever when there's other workers in the store. Also some of the newer staff need to check their attitudes at the door when reporting to work.

Bad experience granddaughter is pregnant and was needing a different size bras. She went up a size from what she normally wears. She discovered that they where not big enough. Tried to return they w ok old not allow us to do so. Nothing was on the receipt that said we could not do so. There is sign in the store above where you check out.Its not on the wall its above your head when check out. We ask if the woul as allow since only one day.They said no store allows it.We are at Gorman's right now checked before we bought they said of course. They understand you some times need try on since different brands very. Also checked other stores they also allow.

Ok so you honestly can find great deals on items but sifting through the chaotic mess every where makes it real discouraging to repeatedly want to go back. The store in my city in paticular is never organized by size, style, shoot not even between women and children! Uggghhh! If they could get that together it would actually be an enjoyable shopping experience! ✌

I love Citi Trends they have great prices and great items all different colors shapes sizes it's just fun going there my daughter Amira and I have a great time when we go there. She never wants to leave.... LOL

Nice selection but a complete mess! Good luck finding what you want in the size you want... Nothing is organized by size as they should be. You'll find big and tall sizes mixed in with regular sized and vise versa. If you have the time and patience you can find some nice name brand clothes at discount prices.

Always A different variety. They sell out quick so if you see something you like your better off getting it right then. Otherwise you're going to miss out! There's never duplicates of anything always something different every shipment. I would definitely recommend shopping here for everybody even the baby. #CitiTrends##TheyGotIt#
