This was my first visit here, being from New Orleans, this place reminds me of Macys, it was very clean, staff were friendly and eager to help, the lady playing the piano was a nice addition, pretty sure while I'm here in Fort Wayne, I'll visit this store again.

Typical department store. Seem to keep a better stock and more high end items than most in the area, but the employees are all stand-offish and some items are overpriced for the quality and the area.

Classy, Beautiful, Sophisticated Place!!!! Luxurious💎 Modern, Updated, Clean. Fancy place. Feels like I'm in a fashion💗 house in Paris🗼 Has the cool and relaxing vibes here!!!!! And, had the Feel-Good💗 Vibes🤙🏻 here!!!! The bathroom is the most Beautiful bathroom I've ever been in, in my life!!!! They have the most beautiful clothes and shoes👠 here. My favorite is: I love the shoe section of the store. Plus, they have the perfect dresses👗 for Prom.💘 Plus, I Love💗 how they have a water fountain⛲ outside!!!! So cool💘 One of the Best places in Fort Wayne❤!!!!

Had to set my son up with some new clothes for graduation. Keith in the men's department was very helpful. He checked multiple times to see if we needed anything else, as well as ensuring that what we had all fit properly.

I purchased a shirt and a bottle of cologne that was over 90.00. I asked the sales associate at Von Mar in Fort Wayne IN on the West side of town... if I could have a sample of another cologne. She stated that Von Mar no longer gives samples away? However my mother in law who spends over 500.00 at a time said she is given alot... is it because I am a man?? Is it because I am a mexican or both ??? Or is it economic prejudice? Because my wife is a woman of Color...so I am not calling her a racist... However it's something...tell me a solution.... I just told you Von Mar the problem. It's levels to this... injustice I have had awesome service their in the past that why Von Mar thrived in Covid... so PLEASE LET ASSOCIATE# 878900 Know I am disappointed in her actions or lack there of and I pray whatever ignorance be healed within her spirit in the future ...she needs to be suspended for three days without pay...and if its a policy at that store you need to fine them... because your store brand has ONE standard that is a dying breed

It is a spectacular experience. If you love customer service and shopping for all ages, Von Maur is a great place. The atmosphere is very sophisticated but the employees don't make you feel like you're any less than the store appearance shows. I don't need to go very often, but every time I do, it's a positive and pleasant time.

The gift department has one of the most helpful employees I have ever encountered at any store. She is wonderful! I have shopped at Von Maur on several occasions, most recently with my daughter looking for a Christmas gift for my wife. We found the perfect gift.
