Purchased a part here. Was not a fan of how the part worked and it did not seem to function correctly. Spoke with a manager and she had a bad attitude. She claimed that I could not return the part because it was an "electrical part". Which it tecnically is but is also mechanical. I told her that I did not want the part and was going to get it directly from the dealer. She refused to refund me and said it was company policy. I ended up calling another autozone 10 minutes from this one and they refunded me. Sounds like a legit company policy. I am a loyal Napa customer now.

It's OK. Sometimes they have the item in stock but they can always point you to a location that does. Usually there's a friendly face. Sometimes you get the manager with a contemptuous demeanor. Can't complain too much.

This particular AutoZone has it's awesome points and its not so awesome points. Well stocked, decent customer service but.... Their catalog for finding parts on your own is outdated. Employees were knowledgeable but rushed every person in there making it somewhat of an unpleasant experience.

While traveling out of state; battery terminal loosened causing me to have to jump my car at every start. Stopped in Southtown Crossing to get battery checked where problem was correctly diagnosed and repaired by Dan N of TX for $2.66 cents! He would not accept a tip even though I arrived fully expecting to buy a new battery, starter or alternator. His competence AND honesty restored my faith in humanity, and I will continue to patronize Auto Zone in the future. .
