So this my third time using this dealership. first time I went my escape had a plastic covering on the under body that protects the parts but some how it came off and I don’t remember the guy but he fixed it free. Second time I had to get rotors and brakes which was last week from 8/10/22 and that costed a pretty penny which affected my allowance from my husband lol lol second was bc my belt and a crank sensor broke and they couldn’t get it done until 8/15 but soommmmme how got it done today 8/10 so I’m verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry appreciative of that thanks to Ryan and Michelle !

My wife & I bought a pre owned ford from bob thomas May 29th 2022 . It has turned out to be one of our worst car purchasing experiences ever . From not filling paper work out correctly, to being mislead , extremely rude sales associate JOE , & LIES - MISTRUTHS ! They are no different than any seedy & untrustworthy dealership out there ! Thax for turning somthing that should be somthing wonderful in to a horrible mess. then being extremely rude & avoiding! Your care care for customer ends once your wheels hit the street !

Used to go here for every oil change I had. Very pleased with their work and the quick lanes. Recently I’ve tried to go here on three different occasions. The first time they told me I came too late in the day (11:00) and couldn’t do it. The second time they told me I should be there before (10:00) and couldn’t do it. The third time I showed up at 9:00 and he said he just didn’t have time. Very unreliable I guess and have been denied service every time. Each time I had to up going to glenbrook dodge because I guess they will take business? Super disappointing

came in to see a car and decided that the car was not a fit for my needs upon looking at the size. Jason suggested another larger one and I said that I was going to another dealer to look at their inventory. I was handled cordially and left. Upon visiting the other dealer, I realized that I should go back to see Jason. Upon my return, I was treated cordially and made a deal on the larger car. At no time did I feel pressured during the transaction and would recommend Jason and Bob Thomas to any and everyone

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEPARTMENT experiences include I called Bob Thomas North for questions on a Lincoln LS. Michelle was too busy to be bothered in the SERVICE department. Where she didn't answer questions but instead smacked her lips I presume from her lunch. The West location made excuses for her. West my husband took his sedan for warranty work. But the technician quit so the quote never was typed evidently. It took them two long attempts to order his parts with no communication. After, several weeks or months of waiting for the parts the manager was crying to my husband about how they only like to do warranty work on certain days because it affects the technicians' pay. Tell me why I should care about your payroll practices! Perhaps your "warranty schedule" doesn't work with your customers'. Too, these asshats shop manager(s) suggested a few times that my husband would have to pay for his WARRANTY work. During, I picked up my Lincoln without a payment request. Today, they made threats to my husband about my $100 diagnostics fee. My husband does not pay my bills. Quit being lazy and call me for the $100 asscaps.

Do Not Buy From This Bob Thomas !! Don’t Trust Jesse at least if you’re going to. I got a 2017 Ford Focus and the car within 2 weeks stated to have problems the engine is bad it wouldn’t Accelerate and now the breaks are locked up can’t even drive it !! Every time I tell them what’s wrong with the car they are so bothered and are not even concerned why all this is happening to the car in such a short time. It was unsafe and now unable to drive !! All their doing is putting peoples lives in danger And ruining their finances Just To Make Their Money.

Had a nice experience purchasing our used vehicle. Worked with Joe and he was wonderful. I do not like car shopping because I get very anxious with high pressure salesmen and Joe was the opposite of that. Was very laid back and patient and never made us feel pressured to buy a car on the spot.

Stopped in on Aug 27th looking to buy a new car. The salesman informed us that they wouldn't honor my tier 1 supplier discount so we took our 40k down the street and bought a 2021 Suburu. I'll give you 1 star for making our decision easy.

**UPDATE 7/19/2021** Finally got the problem taken care of. The computer needed replaced and due to the chip shortage it took until now to get it done. The service department was great and did everything beyond their control to get my truck running back to normal. As for the problem, the pictures below show the damage. Evidently, the wires had been chewed through and caused the computer to short out. Fortunately my insurance covered the damage but I'm very unpleased that the salesman did not follow up with my attempts to contact him. I had this truck for only two weeks before the problem began and I've never had this issue before. I drove it daily to work and find it hard to believe that this much damage could have happened in a short amount of time but have no way to prove it. Lesson learned, always pop the hood on any vehicle purchase. Excellent job by Tom and the service department on the communication and work. Tom was the one to recommend me contacting my insurance company. Extremely happy with the way it's running now. i won't hesitate to use service again. I can't say the same for sales. I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 two weeks ago and the buying process was smooth and thought we worked out a fair deal. Truck was clean and seemed well cared for. Having said that the wrench light came on this morning and seemed to be running sluggish. Going to have a code scan after to work to see what it shows. I hope it's not serious but feel like this shouldn't be happening so soon after I bought it. I'll provide an update as soon I find out something.
