Purchased quite a few Fords, first time at Webb Ford. Drove an hour and a half. Had the exact car at a fair price. Far and above the most pleasant car buying experience. Ivan was fantastic, and a great person to deal with; highly prepared never pushy. Highly recommend!!

I have to start by saying that i have been to many dealerships, shopping around, but Webb Ford is the one by far the best one! Ivan made buying our Ford Maverick so easy and pleasant. No sneaky salesman tricks, but pure honesty and kindness. I wish he could start a class of his own and teach sales people how to treat customers and how to genuinely care for them and their situation. I recommend anyone who wants to buy a Ford car to go to Webb Ford and have Ivan take care of you. He is the man!

I love their service department. They are honest, fast, and really good. I had my truck towed into the service department at 12 noon they put in a new starter and it was done perfect, out the door at 3pm. The people there were very good to me. It is really hard to get 5 stars from me, they did everything right therfore 5 stars.

Warning! If you are reading this and you are looking for a used car or truck. Think twice because Webb Fords used car department is a rip off. They only wash and detail the vehicle. They never do repairs or basic maintenance on the vehicle before it hits the lot to be sold. Also the mark up on their vehicle’s are crazy. Unless you plan on buying new from Rob or Evan. I would definitely stay away. Owners may seem nice, but are the most condescending people you will ever meet. You will get better service at any other Ford store. Trust me when I say you’ll be better off not buying anything from a Webb Dealership!

3 stars because everyone I talk to they got me to the correct department fast everyone was nice and polite but I called about my code on my door panel to open and unlock my doors and I don’t know if the parts department were unaware of this or if they just wanted me to come in and spend $115-Which them being a Ford dealership it’s kind of hard to believe that they didn’t know about this-But I’m kind of upset that they didn’t tell me to first try the factory set door code that is located under my passenger side dashboard first before bringing it in and spending money retrieving codes if a previous owner had put in there so basically I would’ve been going in there to pay over $100 for them to tell me a written code that is located underneath my dashboard! But let me be clear this only works if the previous owners did not set their own codes!

On Saturday morning, 9/3/22. My daughter and my Mother took her car to Webb for The Works. My whole family has always purchased and had vehicles serviced at Webb Ford. After hearing about her experience, I think you have lost all of us as customers. She has a 2003 Saturn that she has had there for an oil change before. Robert was her service writer. They arrived just before 9am, and had a couple other vehicles ahead of them. They were there for almost 3 hours! Robert never came and saw them, explained what was taking so long, nothing. My Mom had gotten up and walked in the showroom and noticed my daughter's car parked in front of the showroom. Finally Robert came out and told them they didn't have a part for her car and they had to send someone for it, yet he never came and told them that hours before. He could've told them so they could've made arrangements for a ride. Instead he was rude and told her not to bring her car there again for service because they didn't have parts for it, she could take it to Garber across the street, but she could come back for an oil change. The part they waited hours for? An oil filter. So why could she come back for an oil change, but not service, when the part they didn't have WAS an oil filter?! I understand not having the part, what I don't understand is, not letting them know what was going on AND telling her not to bring her car back there for service, oh but you can for an oil change. Then told her, see you next time. Uh, no you won't, any of us. There are plenty of other dealerships.

Shout out to Webb Ford for making our experience buying our Bronco Sport hassle free and fun! Kevin did a great job helping me order exactly what I wanted. Aaron gave us the VIP treatment all through the delivery experience! Megan really did an outstanding job with financing! Lastly, Jim in Service did a top notch job coordinating getting the Bronco Sport cleaned up and ready for delivery! He was never pushy or budging for us to make a purchase. His service is great and I recommend him for teens and first time buyers!!!

My Husband and I went into Webb Ford on Indianapolis today and received superb service from Clark St John. He was not only attentive but very considerate. He asked our wants and needs and was able to get us a brand new SUV. The process was quick and easy. 2-2.5hrs max. He made sure all T's were crossed and I's were dotted. From there Dan assisted us in getting everything squared away. They made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were all set to enjoy our new car.
