This meijer has always been sub par, but whatever suit decided it was a good idea to eliminate the bagging carousel and reduce the length of the cashier’s workspace past the item scanner needs to take a class in sharpening their observation skills. Bad move.

Placed an online order for diapers for my baby and was called that they could not fill my order during the pickup window I selected because they were short staffed. I informed the lady if it wasn't ready during the time I selected I would need to pick up the order the following day. So the following day I went to pickup my order. I parked at the pickup location and entered my spot in the app. I waited 40 minutes and no one ever came with my order. I went inside to customer service and said I have been waiting over 40 minutes. Then they tell me it is my fault because I was supposed to call and not use the app because I was supposed to pick up my order the day before. It was jot my fault I couldn't pickup the order the day before plus I put my order in over 5 hours before my pickup window. It was the stores fault. They would not help me other than tell me they would tell their employees to be better at informing customers that they have to call if they cannot pick up the order the day of. They just kept blaming me for something that I didn't know and was not told. None of their signs say this and they all say use the app for faster service. It was also not my fault they missed my pickup windows. I canceled my order and will never shop at Meijer again. Don't bother trying to talk to a manager or corporate they do not care about their customers.

Ain’t no way my baby gotta starve because this store ain’t restocked on milk then they act like they can’t tell you over the phone if they have it so they make you waste gas just to go up there for them not to have it in stock

nice shopping experience, spacious, organized, great prices, open late if i need them, has a gas station and never had a rude employee ignore me. my only gripe is i wish their electronics section was better. ever since they took the photo printing section out of it, the area seemed empty. oh, and their cheesy sub bread in the bakery makes for an amazing sandwich.

I'm going to give 5 stars to the greeter at the door who is always so friendly even early in the morning lol! Some of the other staff not too much but I don't want to complain at least they're showing up and doing the best they can. Be kind to retail staff they put up with a lot and remember Jesus loves you! ❤️🤗

This is the closest big grocery store my house, normally it's decent enough. Today I made a quick run for some cold/ frozen items. I had to stand and wait for them to check an item not scanning properly, fine. But after waiting, again with cold items, i was told I couldn't be sold the product. There were multiple of this product out on the shelf. On top of that, 2 items that were supposed to be on sale didn't ring up as such. I didn't even bother because I wanted to get my frozen stuff home. Maybe stop worrying about whether I was greeted when I entered (which was a survey question at purchase), and keep your barcodes up to date.

They don't sell much frozen fish like they used to. They have too many empty shelves too often. Their healthier options seem to be more expensive than at other stores.

Store is clean and all, thats great. Whats not great is returning items back with a card purchase. How is it you get your items back instantly but takes 2-3 days to get my money back? Ridiculous

Is this the one in Highland, Indiana if it is or in the Bloomindale,IL. Very fresh foods vegetables and fruits and reasonable prices on cold cuts,fresh foods to go. Very clean and very organized stores anywhere in any states. I loved Meijer! I will highly recommend to my family and friends and very friendly people who greet you once you enter their store.

Went to this Meijer today instead of our normal one in Merriville and this store wasn’t in great shape. The store was kind of messy honestly. I remember at one point I had sticky stuff on my shoes from a very large black spot on the floor. Many items were out of stock and it just seems like the store is lacking attention in general. The self check out at this location is definitely way better than in Merriville.
