If there was less than a star to rate I would do that , since when you can not send a package with my own box, and the lady at the counter has such a bad attitude commenting in Hindi to her colleague about the costumer in front of her, I just hope my package will arrive to the destination !

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR NOTARY SERVICES! I had something notarized 10/20 and then had it sent to the state for certification. The state sent it back saying the signatures did not match what they had on file. So, after expense (sending docs to state, etc) and effort (bringing my mom from across the bay to sign the document), all I was asking for was a measly $15 refund of the cost of the notary, which was a no-good, useless notary. The young man (new to the establishment) who tried to help me, had a very good attitude and did his best - kudos to him and I hope the negativity of the other workers here doesn't infect him. However, he got no help from his, frankly, sourpuss co-worker. And his supervisor, who he called and even sent a pic of the letter from the state saying the signatures did not match, said that they don't refund notary services. Great, so why did you ask for a pic of the letter from the state? And so, no refund for a bogus service and no guarantee that they will provide you with a proper notary. They would have gained a lot of credibility by refunding me the $15 for a notary that was not usable. I plan to stay away from this UPS and use others from now on. I recommend you stay away, as well. And if you need notary services, run!

Tl;DR: Unfriendly and indifferent staff. I wanted to ship a package. I had a digital copy of shipping label. They had a printer but the woman said we will charge you a minimum of $3. For 1 b/w page, $3. Second, my package was an open box, it wasn't taped. It just required like a foot of duct tape. The woman said as a first-timer we will tape it for you, next time we won't accept. It felt like she was trying to convince people not to visit the place again.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the best UPS Store in the Bay Area! The folks here go above and beyond. They are hospitable, friendly, and will help you tape up your box at no charge if your tape runs out of your personal tape gun that you brought to the store like I did! Plus... there's ALWAYS parking here!

I had a package to drop off that was already sealed and labeled. Went off without a hitch and no wait. All the people with taping issues... Isn't this a little bit like going out in public with your belt undone and expecting your waiter to close it for you? Sure.... The tape would be a nice courtesy, but I don't think it should be an expectation.

Such SUCH a rude staff. The fourth time I've been, the fourth time the folks working there were beyond rude. Not exactly a "service" frame of mind. UPS should stop using this horrible store as an option. I'm now driving to a different store since they were so unhelpful and trying to charge me crazy amounts of money for every damn little thing thing. NEVER GO HERE!

Horrible customer service. She was rude and unhelpful. I was returning my amazon package. She refused to accepted it because it wasn’t tape properly. She was holding tape, but refused to take 2 second to tape it. Instead, she insisted I should purchase the $8 tape from them. The tape was a ripped off. I don’t recommend going there if you could avoid it.

Avoid this business if you can, price gouging and terrible customer service. I have been there twice for amazon returns, very unfriendly/poorly trained staff. Gave me attitude during my first visit for not taping the top of the box (takes 2 seconds, with a tap gun laying there - I offered). Second visit they wanted to charge me $25 for a cardboard box ($1.7 @ home depot) and wouldn't let me use their tape (wanted me to buy a roll of dollar store tape for $8). Unethical business owners (looks like a family run business). I wouldn't let this store make another dime, 4 other locations within 5 min drive, great service never had the same problem. Poor ethics, poor customer experience. Submitted a suggestion to Amazon to open an Amazon locker location in the same mall to deal with returns and pickups. Hopefully it happens.

I've had a mailbox at this store for a few years. The people working here are always very diligent and have definitely gone above and beyond to help me to my car with large packages, finding lost packages, etc. I've also mailed many things here and have been satisfied with the results. I also see these essential workers doing their best and multi-tasking to service clients during busy times. I have to say I find some of the other more negative reviews problematic...many of the things people complain about are out of the employee's control. The people working here are hard workers who are doing their best to provide a much-needed service, especially now! Also I'm really not sure why it is necessary for so many people complaining to mention the ethnicity of the people behind the counter???? I appreciate the team here so much!! I hate to see others treat them with disrespect.
