This review is in regard to the pharmacy specifically: I highly recommend this pharmacy IF you enjoy being spoken to condescendingly and treated like a criminal for merely filling your rightfully prescribed medication. Definitely do not use this pharmacy if you feel the natural human right to be treated with respect, compassion, and most importantly professionalism in regard to your health treatment. I will add that I have not experienced this in all of my past visits but there seems to be a high turn around rate at this pharmacy. My experience in May 2022 was enough to commit to never returning. Greetings. Our experience here was phenomenal!! We were here to have my wife's Note 20 Ultra screen replaced covered by her insurance. The Assurant technician name was, Dre. Dre, a was polite, courteous and professional answering all of our questions. Dre, ensured us it will take an hour or two to replace the cracked screen. I was optimistic and told my wife I do not belive it will probably take a few hours. We decided to check out if Tmobile had any special deals. The customer service was not as astute or welcoming as Dre, so we decided to check out other stores since we had a few hours to kill. 45..."45 MINUTES", (for audio-penetration, 45 minutes) later I get a call from Dre and my wife's phone was ready for pick-up 😳 My wife's Note 20 Ultra cracked screen was repaired fast beyond the expected repair time and returned in pristine condition. Thank you, Dre for an outstanding job. As for the Tmobile agent? Yeah not so much!! ~ziggzagg

Very good ... but I've visited other grocery stores that feel more compete. The cashier was great but the stock person was looking at me strangely. The food selection was good for a weekend but I couldn't find a few things I was looking for. Lines were short because they had a good amount of people working. The parking was full but you could still find a decent parking space. ~Yolanda

I just saw the lower level of the facility. There are many restaurants and places to sit down and eat. The breeze is nice and cool. The train station is walking distance, so it's very convenient for shopping at the end of the day. The train line goes from San Jose to Sacramento. You can save on gas and the two hour trip forth and back. ~Adrian

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR NOTARY SERVICES! I had something notarized 10/20 and then had it sent to the state for certification. The state sent it back saying the signatures did not match what they had on file. So, after expense (sending docs to state, etc) and effort (bringing my mom from across the bay to sign the document), all I was asking for was a measly $15 refund of the cost of the notary, which was a no-good, useless notary. The young man (new to the establishment) who tried to help me, had a very good attitude and did his best - kudos to him and I hope the negativity of the other workers here doesn't infect him. However, he got no help from his, frankly, sourpuss co-worker. And his supervisor, who he called and even sent a pic of the letter from the state saying the signatures did not match, said that they don't refund notary services. Great, so why did you ask for a pic of the letter from the state? And so, no refund for a bogus service and no guarantee that they will provide you with a proper notary. They would have gained a lot of credibility by refunding me the $15 for a notary that was not usable. I plan to stay away from this UPS and use others from now on. I recommend you stay away, as well. And if you need notary services, run! ~Shoshana

When you’re in the middle of moving you want everything to be stress free. I’m pleased to say that coming to this location always gives me that worry free vibe. The employees have always been highly responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to me and my roommates when it came time to move. Recently, I was on the search for specific boxes and this was the one location to have them. I’m grateful to have this location right in the neighborhood. Also, the security features are top notch, as we’ve never had to worry if our things were safe at this location. For all your storage needs check them out, you won’t regret it! ~ED
