Completely incompetent staff. Messed up a photo book order, and were no help in resolving the issue. A manager was called, and she was even more clueless and couldn’t even offer a refund for the order that *they* messed up. Ended up having to order a new book at a different CVS and issuing a chargeback with my credit card company. Avoid this place.

On hold for over 30 minutes, happens every time these days, then disconnects without anyone answering. This time, I drive to the pharmacy while on hold. Arrive to find no phones ringing, no one in line. Told the pharmacist I was literally on hold with them at this very moment. Showed her my phone, 30 minutes on hold and counting. They apparently turn the ringer / call notification off when they are too busy or understaffed. I don't blame the pharmacist or staff, they have been understaffed here for a long time, and they are working hard everytime I come in. So do yourself a favor -- and do the overworked pharmacy staff a favor: take your pharmacy needs elsewhere.

This review is in regard to the pharmacy specifically: I highly recommend this pharmacy IF you enjoy being spoken to condescendingly and treated like a criminal for merely filling your rightfully prescribed medication. Definitely do not use this pharmacy if you feel the natural human right to be treated with respect, compassion, and most importantly professionalism in regard to your health treatment. I will add that I have not experienced this in all of my past visits but there seems to be a high turn around rate at this pharmacy. My experience in May 2022 was enough to commit to never returning. P.S. The front cashiers are awesome.

Agree with the other ratings here - rudest pharmacy I've visited. Ask for Megan if you want to see what a total lack of professionalism looks like. Won't be back.

I can't think of a worse pharmacy experience ever. They are always rude. Customer service is an unknown concept to them. But to top it off, the pharmacy closes at unexpected times leaving patients without important prescriptions.

I was there today for some batteries,the lady who works there was so bad in customer service,it was the second time now to get this kind of bad attitude I thought for second I was asking for charity???? I paid for my stuff at least in return some respect. I will never go there again.

The service at this pharmacy is flat out terrible. I've been told prescriptions will be ready in an hour, returned 6 hours later and it hasn't even been processed. Today, I called the pharmacy, and after being on hold for legitimately 30 minutes, walked over to the pharmacy, while still on hold, and requested my prescription in person. When I asked why they hadn't answered their phone, "We're busy." was the only response. They have also routinely filled my wife's prescriptions with the wrong dosage, effectively charging us tripe the cost for a monthly supply.
