Plenty of parking. Run down. Armed security guard at the entrance. Made an appointment for my daughter's Covid shot online beforehand. Waited apx. 30 min and never got the shot.

Went there to recycle water bottles. Employees working there doesn’t know how to recycle it. Mr. Thom may be manager on the phone said to another employee that say that you don’t know how to do that. Thom please train your employees how to recycle bottles. Well on the front door they have sign that recycle for cash.

Clusterfkc. People waiting 45 min plus to get a flu or COVID shot. One family with little ones just gave up and left.

This store closes at 10 pm on M-F. I arrived at the store at 9:24 pm to pick up items that I purchased online. The main gate was shut down with store employees inside acknowledging a few customers standing outside confused why the store is closed 36 minutes early... There was a mother with a sick baby trying to get one of the employee's attention, but they did not care about the customers/patients. As a healthcare provider, I refuse to send patients to this store period. I just can't let this happen to anyone who needs help. It literally broke my heart.

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy ever. They barely have staff working, so the lines and them answering the phone takes forever. My dialysis clinic sent me there when our pharmacy closed down, and it's been a problem receiving my meds since then. They fax the emergency doctor on file instead of my 3 physicians on file which delays my refills, even after I I've explained to them not too. They argue with you instead of listening. They have even changed my prescriptions info, delaying my inhalers. It's been a crazy experience.

I love most of the evening staff, like angel. But the morning staff have a grouchy and snotty disposition, especially the managers... except for the short blonde woman with the facial piercings...she's a sweetheart. Specifically, I'm referring to the Jamaican and Asian women. The security guards are all really nice and they do a good job of treating everyone the same here.

I think her name was Lia/ Liya. Not once or twice, every time I come she greets me with respect. I love how she parks my bag, very organized. My husband always have a good comment about her not just me. Over all Walgreen, you have a very good customer service.
