I signed up online a week ago just wanting to get a PCR test so I can travel. I live not too far, so I bussed to this location. They made me wait outside in their parking lot in the car drive-thru pharmacy standing in line with all the cars. Guy at the window had to ask me multiple times for my confirmation code which I clearly enunciated and told him the first time. Slow as hell. Incompetent. Frustrating!

The store was fine for my needs while in the area. Location was fine while in the general area. More or a convenience store and pharmacy. It does serve an important role in the community serving the patients of the medical clinic located upstairs and the neighboring community.

Went for a PCR test. Sat in line for an hour past my appointment time waiting to get the test. They are understaffed and slow. Don’t get your test here!

I took a prescription for my dog, written by his vet, to this pharmacy. They couldn't handle it. Something about it being for a dog, together with an incompetent staff, threw them a curve. Bottom line, they repeatedly leave phone messages to pick up the prescription, but when I go in they can't fill it. The vet said reports back were that the Redwood Road pharmacy had the same problem. CVS apparently has processes that malfunction routinely. They won't get my business in the future.

My son just had surgery when he went to pick up his meds at your pharmacy they treated him like a dope fiend didn’t give him his meds using the excuse the doc signature was scribble this happened on Nov 2nd (white lady and african dude) about 10:00 am he had to go to another pharmacy and they filled it without a problem. I know your location but don’t assume treat my son or anyone else like they are trash dopefiends just because they need pain meds after surgery.! You made him suffer longer than he had to.

From front staff to the pharmacy I really enjoy coming here. Thankful for helpful staff. Reason I gave a four and not a five because security is the only one never doing there job. Some on the phone others flirting with customer I thought they were suppose to observe and report or deter others from stealing but maybe the field has changed since I was in security

Zero stars, how come the pharmacy is only open till 6-7pm? Why do I have to spend my lunch on standing in line to pick up medicine?? horrible selection, dont even have Ranitidine available ?? And only 1 pharmacist serving 2 windows? And the store looks like a homeless shelter inside? Do you not respect your customers whatsoever? COME ON

ZERO STARS. Unprofessional. I am on hold for 14mins waiting to speak to someone in pharmacy. Once pharmacy picked up, I spoke to them and they immediately put me back on hold and they never picked up the phone again. I wasn't rude so I didn't expect this to happen. Never going to this store again. 0 stars if I could. MANAGEMENT needs to update the team's customer service skills.

The few times I’ve gone to this location, I had multiple employees following me around the store. They didn’t even try to be discreet about it. I felt like a criminal even though I have never stolen from any store in my life. I felt like I was being judged because I have tattoos, which just seems incredibly odd to me when probably around 1/10th of the entire planet has tattoos from head to toe. (Not an actual statistic, but it’s got to be close). They were also never fully stocked. The last time I went in there, there were 2 isles at the front of the store that were completely empty, and a couple more just had random stuff thrown around in no particular order. The entire store was a complete mess and incredibly dirty. When you go inside that CVS, it’s confusing because it looks nothing like a CVS. You feel like you accidentally walked through the wrong door. I’d rather walk 20 miles to a different CVS than ever go to this one again. Gross!

went in this place and purchased wine and liquid plummer to unstop my drain. The cashier asked if i wanted a bag after i swiped my card. Of course i said no, i had already used debit card and didn't have a dime to pay for the bag. I went to put items in car in parking lot and wine slipped and broke. I figured it be no problem to get another since i had just walked out of the store still with receipt in hand. I have to say am totally shocked at the way your cashier and manager on-site behaved. The cashier whispered she didn't want a bag as if to justify and the manager went on to say that CVS didn't have wine to just hand out. WOW! I honestly believe this location will not exist long particularly when you have such idiots representing your establishment in such an unprofessional manner..I will never patronize this business again.
