My name is Jim Mohrfield I come to this FedEx frequently for printing needs done for my business. I went to the hospital last Saturday for open-heart surgery. My wife stop there today with a package and everyone wanted to know where I was. The team signed a card and sent it with her for me today. Thats above and beyond for any company for a customer. Unbelievable the caring that these FedEx employees have at this store it made me cry. Thank you Jim

DAKOTA IS AWESOME! And so super helpful. Give this man a raise! Came in to work on my wedding invites and not only did he help us get them printed but he also helped us get them cut just right. Cannot thank you enough Dakota!!!

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the greatest. They originally mounted my posters when they weren’t suppose to be. They fixed them no problem but the sizes weren’t correct even though they said they measured them a hundred times. We had to cut the posters ourselves to make them fit the frames properly. These are for my wedding so it had to be perfect.

I came for print a page i had an issue about my credit card then there was a lady her name was as i remember Christina. She was so good humored and always ready to help and solve the problems. It was pretty empty, but I walked up to the counter and Sean helped me. He was personable and answered all my questions. It was my first time getting anything professionally printed and I was in and out quickly. Overall my experience was really good.

My opinion of the aforementioned John at this location is the complete opposite of the last review. I found him to be extremely helpful. John spent as much time with me as I needed to get exactly what I wanted and save me money on my wedding thank you's. I had no Idea what I was doing and he helped me to find every thing I needed and to make my visit effective and worthwhile (since I live an hour away). And when It turned out my son cracked the disc with the thank you info on it, He helped to make sure I had all the info I needed so I could get it done from home, and do what I needed by email. Not sure about the rest of the staff here, but John was wonderful.
