The tsa precheck place is beyond terrible. Negative stars if I could. Better have an appointment because they make it a point to avoid walk-ins, even if other people fail to show for their appointments. The staples itself seems ok though.

It was a real big inconvenience this morning. When I got to this location at 9:35 and they are closed but the website says they are open at 8 AM please update Your service hours. This is going to cause me to be late to work this morning.

JC was great!!! Him and his team greeted me upon my entrance into the store. I needed help finding an ink cartridge and they helped me with a smile. Lastly, I needed help with printing a label and JC helped me with that as well. I left the store satisfied but returned shortly to ask if I could use some tape for my package. Not only did JC return from his break early to help me but he also informed me that I could just mail my package from there. He saved me an extra step before going home and this meant the world to me. Lately many places have been in short supply of GREAT customer service. It's great to know that JC at Staples is not. I will return.

Went in to print Airline tickets from our phone. I'm not real big on electronics. JC was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Happily helped us figure it all out, with out talking down to us, like some people do when you are as technological inept as I am. Having paper tickets has helped put our minds at ease and thanks to you the process didnt cause us anymore stress.

I had signed up for a TSA Pre Check Appointment for 2 pm today. I received an appointment confirmation the day before. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to show up to the appointment at 2 pm for them to tell me that the TSA “person” was out of state and that they couldn’t help me. It would have been nice to receive notification before driving an hour and twenty minutes out of my way to show up for the appointment. They said all they could do is give me a business card to call and reschedule. I feel that calling people with appointments to cancel them if you know no one will be there to help them should be common practice. I will be going somewhere else to complete this process, but now have to wait another week and a half for a new appointment. I would recommend choosing somewhere else from the get go.

Print Center - Staples Colerain: I just wanted to praise Lee & Alex in the print center for their amazing customer service. My dad wrote his second book and needed to get it printed on a hard back book, actually 15 copies. They were patient and so kind to us. Thank you for your amazing customer service. It really made my dads day so I wanted to thank you for that!

My wife and I came here today needing business cards for her right away. The individuals at their print center immediately got on task and were able to take the digital image from my wife's phone and quickly turn it into a professional product that my wife will be happy to share at the conference where she is performing this weekend. All of the staff at the print shop were fast and courteous and professional. Then we worked our way over to the printers and got a real education from Gerald. The differences between laser and inkjet printers, which printers were more and less expensive for their ink, which printers were workhorses and which could be depended upon to give accurate color representation of an original. This is a great store and is the place to go when you need professional and expert help.

The help we got was very helpful. The cashier was friendly. We made it a quick trip. Was very satisfied with purchase. It was quiet not many people shopping. The store was clean, however the parking lot had a lot of trash in it. I wish people cared and didn't leave trash everywhere.
