Just my Luck on my last day off before the work week began my ps4 hdmi completely stops connecting to tv however my luck was immediately reversed when I noticed this repair shop was only 3 mins away from my job so I was able to drop off my ps4 on my 1pm lunch break and by 4:15 same day I got the text with proof it was fixed and at a very fair price I might add as well def the Go to place for game console repair

Needed ps4 hdmi port replaced. Not only did he get it done for me in under 90 minutes. He was a nice a guy, professional, informative on the fix and issues that could of caused the problem. He was also 1/2 the price of any other place I contacted in 2 counties. Would recommend him to anyone.

The WIZ fixed my sons xbox after he dumped a glass of water into it. Fixed correctly, on time. Working great now over one year!!! The guys at ITC said it could not be repaired. The wix fixed it in a few days good as new!!!!! Thanks WIZ

Chris went above and beyond for me. Not only did he manage to accommodate me once, but TWICE in the same day for two separate issues on my Xbox One. That goes a long way in my book, since I had to drive an hour one way to get there. And to top everything off, he FIXED both problems for a reasonable price. I'm very glad that I had ignored the negative reviews on here. I would recommend all my friends to take their repairs here if needed.

My Xbox one S was having problems turning on. I'm a little handy with working with electronics, so I tested to see if a new power source would fix the issue. It did not. When I called Chris up, he was professional and did some intake and scoping to try and diagnose the problem over the phone, then told me to stop by his shop. When I arrived, he was prompt and took my console from my car. No cash was required, he will only have you pay if he can get your device fixed. When he completed his repair (it was a bad hard drive) a day later, he called and we set up a time to meet. Again, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. I will contact him if I have issues with any other devices in the future!

Wow! I am pretty surprised at all the bad reviews that The Wiz has gotten. Complete opposite of my experience with Chris. He made things pretty easy for me, was informative, affordable, and fast. I didn't even have to get out of my car; he came up to the window for drop off and pick up. Wrote him a check - there was NOT payment due up front, and the repair was perfect - have had zero issues since. (Playstation 4 HDMI repair) I would recommend Chris "The Wiz" to anyone looking for a similar repair. Thank you sir!

I dropped off an Xbox 360 for a red ring repair and was told he'd contact me within a day or two with updates. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything. I have called and sent numerous emails, but it's nothing but radio silence. Take your business somewhere else. Update 9/14: It has now been 7 weeks and I still haven't heard a word back from this guy. I'm assuming my property has been stolen at this point. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Run don't walk from this 'business'.
