Running an errand for a friend i stopped to pay the phone bill ... And was appalled to lear that they charge to pay your bill in person. I guess the free option is online or automated phone line and debit card. This is the American Way?? Charging money to spend our currency. Charging a price for keeping a person at work. Its like a punishment. & Encourage computers to do the job and plastic to pay for it? I dont like it. And wont support it. .

The cricket phones they sell at Walmart are a waste of money. They went from 20 bucks to 30 to 40 and now they're 50. The quality of the cheaper phones was acceptable to me, but the last 2 phones I purchased were so glitchy and slow they won't even play my games. I can barely do anything on this phone It has crickets name printed on it and it's a cheap phone, I understand but it should work at least as well as the 20 dollar phones did, which it does not. Waste of my money. Now I have to find another phone just one week after buying this one Thanks cricket

I love this store!!! I’ve been with Cricket for 3 years and everyone treats us like family when we walk in!! I got a brand new iPhone 2 years ago and it’s still working even though I’ve dropped it a thousand times. Ashley and Amanda are the best, you won’t regret making the switch!!!

This particular store was incredibly amazing! Akayla and Ashley deserve medals. I bought a new flip phone for my mom for Christmas ( the one with the big buttons) but when we got it home it didn't work. It was under warranty, so we were instructed to do the usual return at UPS, but the UPS employee was awful and I left there with a huge problem. UPS (employee) refused to update our address so it would be sent to my old house! I came back to cricket, explained everything, and Ashley and Akayla were quite upset with this treatment. They called the UPS supervisor and complained about the incompetent rude employee and got the whole mess straightened out - the whole time they were so wonderful to me. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. And I see they treat everyone with the same wonderful attitutude and patience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store, and these ladies if you want outstanding service.
