I would give 0 stars if I could, the staff should be trained to treat customers better. The girl working there insinuated I was lying after telling her that the prices there were ridiculous for 1 line, and told her I was paying less for 7 lines including new phones with another company. Not only that but went to other T-Mobile and they weren't this rude and the prices weren't as high as this one.

We went to this T-Mobile to cancel our plan and turn in our phone and we spoke to a lady by the name Lorena, she right away gave us an attitude and said that we can’t do anything you need to call customer service. We spent over an hour there going in and out trying to figure this out. We had customer service talk to her and let her know it’s fine to take the phone even if there is some sort of damage but she kept giving attitude to the representative and to us. She did not want to listen to the representative and kept saying my manager my manger. We then decided to leave that store and go to another one. We came to the other t mobile store they took care of everything, took the damaged phone, we paid our bill and we were out of there in 15 mins we had no issues here what’s so ever. Everyone was super polite and had no attitude at the other location. Management needs to see this and give her some proper customer service training immediately!!

The nicest staff at this location. I went to a different location and they couldn't help. I came here and they helped me. While I was there I saw how they treat their customers. Especially the elderly, who have the hardest time with the technology. The staff come to know them by name and are so respectful and helpful.

Pretty impressed with this location. Staff was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe how quick I was in and out with a new phone and no gimmicks!

I was really stressed out because I broke my phone screen and I have never done that before. I felt really dumb and just wanted it fixed before I had to leave for the week. Diego helped us, stayed very calm, and was very patient. He gave us options on how to fix my phone (send it out for a replacement or find a repair shop for the same day) He helped us set up an appointment to get it repaired the same day.

I would like to rate then 5 stars but they left me confused about getting help in this store with exchanging an online purchase. One gentleman , however, was helpful in unlocking my smartwatch. After calling 611 a return shipping label was emailed to me then hopefully after they receive the item back. I can exchange for the correct item.

Had a great experience today at this store. Jordan and Musaa were very helpful! I had to turn in a phone and the system was acting up like technology sometimes does. They were so kind and friendly and made it a great experience. Thanks for the great service!

Ridiculous

Horrible customer service. Store manager very impolite and made me stand outside while my phone was switched over ( while the store was open for customers ) employees very poorly trained, and their devices only last 6 months before failure. Ive been through 2 G8's 1 G9, and 1 McLaren, in 3 yrs. Thats 4000$ on top of my bill. If i were you i would never use tmobile especially the store on 164th st. Because of their negligence i was without a phone for 4 days which i require for work, therefore losing 4 days worth of wages. Trust us, trust our service, 5G, they told me. Well GFY tmobile.

This t-mobile has a absolute lack of service. We bought two iPhone XR’s my wife’s was overheating and was not holding a charge, this was 24 hours after we bought them...They told me that there was no way to prove the issue. We could file a insurance claim or something of such and get a referbished phone in 2-3 day’s. The phone was clearly hot to the touch. Michael was a complete waste of time to talk with. Did not want to take the time to solve the problem, he put the phone on a charger for two minutes (not exaggerating) told my wife that she had been just using her phone to much. Even though she hadn’t used it all day because she was in a meeting and had it on her desk. He then said we could make a appointment and go the apple store to see what the issue is if there was one. Clearly a way to divert the problem to another retailer. I then asked for the manager because he kept going back and talking with her while she was in the office to get his information. She then came out and said the same things that Michael had said. And they were both very rude from the start. Including micheal. Who was rude as soon as my wife said that she had a problem with the phone. And immediately tried to get us to do a insurance claim and get a refurbished phone. I will admit after he was snotty and wanted us to do this I started to get irritated but this was after allot of patients it’s them. So after all that I left and called customer care on the drive home and got a very different story on how this could be taken care of. So we turned around and heded back with care in the phone. After a hour in the store of the employees telling customer care they could not give me a new phone when there manager was not there she apparently left as soon as we walked out the door and called customer care. Finally the wonderful lady on the phone with me thru customer care was able to convince them to take care of us and get us a new phone. Even after the manager refused to do so several times. On top of this all they processed the new phone as a return and it was trying to charge me money for doing so. They did say they would not charge me but still it was not processed correctly . I have been a t-mobile customer for quite some time and store service levels continue to be a issue. This store being the worst. I never write reviews that are negative but this rubbed me the wrong way from the start. Dont waste your time here anymore there are other retailers and carriers with better service in stores than this. I will say customer care lady was very present and caring for our problem. But customer care being friendly is not enough for me to stay after my contract is finished. Don’t do it! Retailers need to increase standards they do not deserve our business if they will continue to employees undertrained and disrespectful employees.

Current store Manager Zulma, has a really bad attitude, not customer-oriented, I think she is in the wrong business. Denied my warranty replacement, which had already been ordered, and was sitting in the backroom. Then she proceeded to try and mess with the settings on my phone so physically, it looked like she worked some miracle and I didn't need a replacement. My dad made a stupid comment about her name, only AFTER she refused to help us, and later apologized in front of her entire staff. She refused to talk to customer care over the phone, stating I could have called a friend, and renamed them in my phone as customer care (as if I would take the time to go THAT far, for something that was already approved). Huge EGO, needs to find something where she's not directly working with customers. Asking to prove that the problem is still there is one thing, screwing with the settings on my phone to make it seem like there's no longer a problem so that SHE gets to decide whether I'm actually entitled to a warranty replacement that's already been ordered is quite another. I will NEVER go back to this store as long as she's an employee. T-Mobile customer of 21 years.
