Justin was fantastic, not pushy. He was extremely helpful and even went out to my car, after our transaction, and set up my phone to my car. He also has a great sense of humor and patience for a baby boomer. 😊

Went in to get new phones for my mom and I, we waited 30 minutes before WE asked when or if they would be able to help us before they closed when they told us no they wouldn’t As some one who used to work in customer service I understand they were busy with other customers but they could have taken 2 seconds to ask what we needed to see if they had time to help us or not instead of wasting our time and us having to ask.

I wish there was one good thing I can say about working with Isaiah (manager) at this location, unfortunately I’ve never had a worse service experience. I came in to transfer services from Xfinity mobile. He refused to use my address that I had lived at for nearly 2 years and insisted that he should enter the one on my I.D. causing problems with the transfer. He never asked me my full name and when he created my profile he entered my middle name as my last name. Lastly, he stated my phone would activate by 5pm. It did not. After spending 3hrs at this location, nothing was accomplished. The next morning I went to the Verizon near Vancouver mall. It took 2 employees, the manager, and another 2 hours to fix what was started at this location.

Krystal really went above and beyond for me and my family. We tried to purchase our new phones and new plan on the Verizon website. Unfortunately, our credit card flagged the transaction as fraud and even when I verified it was in fact valid, Verizon’s system wouldn’t let me continue. The website said to visit a Verizon store. I didn’t realize that this store isn’t a corporate store, but it ended up working in my favor. We even purchased an extra line because of the fantastic experience we had. It took a few days to set up the main line due to a problem outside of Krystal’s control, but she impressed me so much. She was calm, patient and stayed vigilant to get the problem corrected. I would highly recommend this store.

Kristal was AMAZING tonight; I literally have never had such wonderful service. She was kind, helpful, answered all my questions and stayed late to help me set my phone up. I could not have asked for a better interaction ❤️

I just had an awful experience my six-year-old daughter and I just had this afternoon at your store located at 8901 NE Hazel Dell Ave #109 in Vancouver WA 98665. It makes me never want to return to that store again, and I’m now questioning my 21-year loyalty to Verizon because of it. :-( My daughter and I walked into the store around 3:30 p.m. on 4/19/2022, and we noticed an employee — what we soon realized might be the only employee in the store at the time, as no one else seemed to be around — assisting a mother and her daughter. So, my daughter and I waited patiently right behind them for about 15 minutes before I realized we hadn’t even been acknowledged yet. I waited for a moment when the employee and customers were not talking so as to not interrupt. I said, “Excuse me… Will you please tell me about how much longer it might be?” He replied, “Uh maybe 15 minutes.” I said, “OK thanks — it would have been helpful to know that when we came in — we haven’t even been acknowledged that we are here yet.” Your employee and the mother/daughter customers just started laughing at me and my six-year-old, quietly making some kind of negative remark to each other about me for inquiring and simply desiring some validation that we were there, having already patiently waited quite a while. My daughter and I walked away toward the exit door, and I told the employee again that it’s helpful to customers to be acknowledged when they enter your store, as we want to provide our business to you. This employee clearly did not care and just kept smiling mockingly at me, waving his fingers toodle-oo/get out of here style saying, “Have a nice day.” I couldn’t believe it. And I’m sad my little daughter had to experience the disrespect and rudeness from your employee (I sure hope he is not the manager; that’s a bigger problem). All I wished for was some common courtesy, very basic customer service, and some kindness. I plead with you to train this young man in that area — I was so disheartened and vowed I will never step foot in that store with him again. It ruined my otherwise feel-good day. :-(

Jayden helped me along with numerous other customers tonight and was so amazing. He was busy, the only one working and was balancing helping 4 customers doing completely different things at once and helped all of us. Best service I’ve ever had. We had a great experience at this location. Steven was so kind and patient with my Mom and I and all our questions. He went out of his way to look at the account and offered us a better plan that saved us money even though we didn't purchase phones at this time.
