Best cell phone store in Vancouver, Washington (WA) 2024

Kaliea is excellent to work with at the Hazel Dell Vancouver WA site. Very professional and personable. Got me set up with a new phone bundle and I am still saving money each month! Go see her! Left felling very satisfied. ~carolyn

Signed up for their home internet trial – took a waste of time and a half to get there. The service itself was pretty shoddy, so I cancelled it within the allotted time frame. Tried to return the equipment – has to be done in store – more waste of time. Took the equipment to the store, they can’t take it, have to mail it via UPS – alright, done. Got a confirmation email that the equipment is returned, account cancelled, thinking all is well. NOPE! Surprise bills for a negative amount (why a negative amount?) – several months pass, and I get a threatening letter from T-Mobile saying they will take me to collections unless I pay my bill (amount was now $68.69 – what for, no idea). I went to THIS store and talked to a very helpful employee, they called the corporate line and supposedly cleared everything up, told me that I was good to go and that I was going to get a call from T-Mobile when everything is done. Never got the call. Instead, I got a letter from collections. I asked the collections agency to contact T-Mobile and clear this up - got a second letter saying that they contacted T-Mobile, and that I now owe $37.69 (again, no idea why). This is a warning to all former, current, and future customers – don’t trust this company to do anything correctly because they will make mistakes and you will pay for it. ~Anton

Krystal really went above and beyond for me and my family. We tried to purchase our new phones and new plan on the Verizon website. Unfortunately, our credit card flagged the transaction as fraud and even when I verified it was in fact valid, Verizon’s system wouldn’t let me continue. The website said to visit a Verizon store. I didn’t realize that this store isn’t a corporate store, but it ended up working in my favor. We even purchased an extra line because of the fantastic experience we had. It took a few days to set up the main line due to a problem outside of Krystal’s control, but she impressed me so much. She was calm, patient and stayed vigilant to get the problem corrected. I would highly recommend this store. ~Sarah

We went to this T-Mobile to cancel our plan and turn in our phone and we spoke to a lady by the name Lorena, she right away gave us an attitude and said that we can’t do anything you need to call customer service. We spent over an hour there going in and out trying to figure this out. We had customer service talk to her and let her know it’s fine to take the phone even if there is some sort of damage but she kept giving attitude to the representative and to us. She did not want to listen to the representative and kept saying my manager my manger. We then decided to leave that store and go to another one. We came to the other t mobile store they took care of everything, took the damaged phone, we paid our bill and we were out of there in 15 mins we had no issues here what’s so ever. Everyone was super polite and had no attitude at the other location. Management needs to see this and give her some proper customer service training immediately!! ~Viktoria
