Items were tampered with!! I didn't notice until I got home that a number of the items I bought were missing their tamper-proof seals and had been visibly contaminated. Someone apparently went through the store undetected, opening packaging and sticking their fingers in foods and products. Disgusted and out the money for these items. I was also cold-approached by a pushy employee who tried to recruit me to sign up for a King Soopers credit card. Shady and predatory when people are struggling with money right now. I've been to many King Soopers stores, and this was by far the worst. Avoid.

Rude customer service counter. I'm standing in the line, next person to be served and they take 2x other customers first? Why have a line? Do not shop at this facility terrible employees and experience.

Pharmacy is way overpriced, under stocked and today I was told that their system is rejecting a hsa approved purchase. Lady is nice but is always clueless. I think she needs help in training. Groceries have been fine though.

I used to really enjoy coming to this King Soopers. After coming here today and dealing with Michael (a front end cashier) I have a really bitter taste in my mouth. He was rude to me, my husband, and other customers. He shouldn't be working the front end if he has such a negative attitude. I won't be back to this location.

I was at the self checkout today. I buzzed the assistance more than 6 times. Then I walked over to the counter to get assistance. I talked to Patricia and she just ignored me! I asked her for assistance at least 5 times. She went to the other side of the checkout and assisted other people. I finally got some help from another checker. Is it King Soopers's policy to discriminate against Asian or just Patricia? On my way out, I talked to Patrica and she was rude. I like an explanation. We are human too. Shame on you!

This is my main Kings that I shop at. It's right down the street, so I'm basically there on a daily basis. I feel like it's also one of the nicer ones. And since a family member of mine works there I pretty much know the whole front end management staff and cashier's and CC's. I've shopped here for the past 12 years. The staff is pretty great up front. The deli isn't my favorite place to shop because there could be 3 people back there, and two of them will be towards the back talking and see you come up and wait for service and they'll continue their conversation and make you wait until they feel like serving you. And I used to work in the deli at store 111 so I know that's not okay to do but they ignore you at the deli here quite often. I have so many experiences where this happens.... But the store is very well lit, kept as tidy as can be when you have shoppers coming in and shopping then deciding to take things out of their basket and put it in any random aisle when they've decided they don't want/need it anymore, and let their kiddos run amok and knock stuff down. They do their best to keep things looking nice and clean. And because of the homeless going into the bathroom and doing drugs, they've now added locks to the doors of the bathroom so you'll need an associate to let you in.

Good customer service. I always use self check out. But there is a really nice lady who runs it over there. Last time i was in she was running around helping all of us and she filled me in on the hockey score haha

Went to grab a quick lunch from the deli. There were 4 people working. One deli employee help one guest. The others didn't make eye contact. Once that employee was done helping the guest, she also went back to slicing ham as if guests weren't standing there waiting for service. I know it's Covid times but how long will we use that as an excuse for poor treatment? 🤔 called manager..standard response. He answered on first ring. Probably should have been in the deli.

Quincy the old manager use to have this place ran so we'll. Now it's rude employees , Nasty Attitude. Especially Brooke 👎 . Store failing at customer service. So Sad to see this store fall apart after all these years Good note the pharmacy is always so pleasant especially Joe. 5 star for him.

This King Soopers is large and full equipped for all my grocery shopping needs. The employees are usually fast and friendly and the shelves are mostly fully stocked. The hot foods and deli department serves up fresh and tasty meals when I'm looking for a quick meal on the go. Good service at the deli counter and at check out.
