This store is very likely the most mismanaged Target I've ever encountered. Empty shelves, checked-out staff, constant mess in the isles. You can't even use a basket at this store because there is no system of returning them to the front. My whole neighborhood hates this store, we complain about it constantly yet the management does not care. If anyone reading this has the ability to make a change there, please just walk in. The second you do you will realize what a Brand Killer this store is. Denver deserves much better than this and together as a community we will ensure we get it.

this target is remodeled which is nice but it is such a mess. usually i try to ignore mess in stores but it’s hard to ignore in this target. i can never find my size or any item of clothing i’m looking for because everything is piled on top of each other. and it’s not just one time i’ve visited, it’s been like this. the shoe department is often inaccesible because of all the random shoes and clothing all over the floor. i understand that there is a staff crisis but this is so frustrating when i’m trying to find something i need.

Today I had a huge order I was putting on the belt for my elderly clients. My cashier said nothing to me as everything piled on the end of the belt. She finally asked if I was going to bag my groceries. I asked if nobody could help and she informed me that we have to do it ourselves now as it is a new rule. I am fine bagging my own groceries but she could see I was struggling to bag and put everything on the belt. Finally she begrudgingly put my batteries in with my eggs to help. She stood and watched as I continued to struggle. The line grew behind me. This store will lose business and I will not be back. Ps my eggs are broken thanks to heavy batteries being put on top. I gave them one more chance today and Rita was my cashier and she was phenomenal. She helped me and she bagged my groceries and was very pleasant and engaging. It makes a world of difference in someone is helpful and professional thank you for redeeming my trust in target

I love Target and the employees at this location are GREAT! The store itself, however, is always such a disaster! You can never find anything you are looking for, especially in the clothing and shoe area. I tend to steer clear of this location because it's always such a mess.

What a mess. I was at this location at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. The store had been open for just 90 minutes yet much of the clothing areas were impassable with a cart. There were jumbled piles where you would expect orderly displays. In the children’s shoes section there were more shoes on the floor than on the shelves. Hangers were in the walkways. I saw no attempts to restore order. It was difficult to find items that were reportedly in stock.

Don't let the appearance of the front side of the store fool you. The clothing sections are a mess and unstocked and the back of the store is shockingly empty. Looking for anything in particular in those areas will leave you feeling insane, it seriously feels like walking into a hoarders house in some sections. The employees are awesome and this seems like corporate or management sinking the ship. But honey, the captain has been dead for a while. Make the suits come in and clean.

This store had some great clothes. But the weekend was very busy so merchandise was literally strewn EVERYWHERE. The poor team member in the fitting rooms said they were trying to recover. The personal care / medicine section was incredibly picked over.

They got Starbucks (only coffee super nearby) and a target cafe. Had a huge grocery and fresh deli/bakery/produce section. Was out of stock on normal bubbles. Would like to return soon!

I almost had a nervous breakdown at Target today. This is not the first time that I have been to this Target and thought, what a mess! Items are often in the wrong spot so when you try to look on the shelf for the price it does not match the item that is stocked there. This was one only one of my issues today. I went in looking for four pairs of toddler shoes in the shoe department and it was an absolute disaster. I was NOT the only customer frustrated. I found seven pairs of shoes in clearance that I was interested in buying and out of the seven, six of them were NOT actually on clearance. I later found one shoe, not a pair of shoes, but one shoe in the size I wanted that my little one was interested in and could not find the mate anywhere. After giving up, I went to kids clothing and it was impossible to find sizes there as well and ran into the same problem with items not being in their place. I was scanning all the items I was looking for to find them online, if they were in stock, which most were not, the price was much higher online. It has a message that says you can price match by calling a number and having them adjust it, but how convenient is that? When you’re in the middle of the store with two 3-year-olds, you don’t want to have to sit there and read them item numbers and prices on one item, let alone multiple. I then headed over to the storage containers, in which the shelves were nearly bare. I carefully checked the tag on the shelf underneath the one storage container that they had on the shelf that was the size I needed and it was on sale. The brand and the number of gallons where exactly as printed below, yet I was charged full price for this item when I checked out and didn’t notice until I got home. All the targets are so much harder to navigate since they changed the layout, nothing is ever in stock, prices are not listed in a place that is visible and convenient, and this particular store is always a mess! There is a long wait line at the register because usually they just rely on self check out (which was swamped also) and maybe one or two active lines all of which were all long today! It was a horrible experience overall!

I ordered a Keurig online and it was supposed to be ready within 2 hours. I got to the store an hour and a half later and asked if they had any idea when it would be ready. The associate said they're backed up and that he had no idea when I could pick it up. I went and grabbed it from the shelf and went to customer service to show my receipt and hopefully take my purchased item with me. The manager told me that it will not only be ready within the two hours but I would most likely have to come back the next day. I ended up having to get my online order refunded and check out again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE AT THIS LOCATION. Lastly, when I asked the manager how I could leave feedback she repeatedly told me that I can fill out the survey but it will only go to her so it won't get me anywhere. Terrible customer service.
