I tried calling the men's Polo Ralph Lauren department several times today and not one of them answered their phone. Park Meadows included. I wanted to to see if I could buy a shirt I saw their online store, but needed a bit early. What happened to traditional shopping? Two stores, same dept., same result. Nothing. Dillard's answers their phone when I called today too. But, it appears Macy's phone system sucks. Calling any department, if they don't answer and all you get is dead, quiet, nothing. Not a good phone system. The hold option isn't any good either.

A pretty good mall shopping point, food court and theater. An all-in-one entertainment center for families and shoppers. There are many outlets within Macy’s which interestingly have their own separate outlets also within the same mall.A plus point is a play area for young kids also.

I was impressed with the size of this Macy's. It is very large, item selection is superior. Be warned you have to pay for parking in their garage, $2.00 per visit. I lost my parking receipt and had to pay $16.00 to exit the parking garage

Terrible customer service until I tracked down the manager who was awesome. However, I walked by several employees who purposely seemed like they didn't want to help and when I tried to communicate with them they ignored me and walked away like they didn't hear me. That has happened the last two times I've been in the store. Well I appreciate how great the store manager was when I connected with her, I was aggravated that I had to go to such lengths to get help. They should either retrain everybody at the store or shut this place down so that a business that cares about its customers can go in that spot

Went to this store on saturday before father’s day, went to the men’s fragrance section, horrible customer service from Dawn/Dania unsure of correct spelling. Being a day before fathers day they should expect a high volume of customers even till the end of the day but she was ready to leave 20 minutes before store closing as she was unwilling to help since she was counting her money for the day which is very understandable and I could have paid card not a problem but she did not even bother.

Desiree in suits was so helpful and kind. I am visiting from out of town and needed shoes for a wedding. She graciously left her post to come help, and as a result I was able to get a great pair of shoes for a great price. Thanks again Desiree!!

Last Saturday, while looking for a tuxedo for my husband for an upcoming wedding, we decided to check out Macy’s selection. However, while there, it was clear they were short staffed. Understanding that staffing issues are a problem everywhere, we dug up some patience and asked the woman at the perfume counter where we might get help. She called for someone. Craig arrived, asked if we were looking for tuxedos. We answered, “yes.” Craig pointed to a rack and said, “There are the tuxedos,” and walked away. I called after him, “We actually needed help.” Craig ignored me. My husband called after Craig, “They pay you to do that??” Still Craig walked away. We complained to the woman at the perfume counter (super nice-doing her best) who referred us to the just-arriving person in the men’s section. We complained to him, too. Though he was willing to help us and was apologetic for Craig’s behavior, and though Macy’s had tuxedos that appeared quite nice, we opted to take our business to another department store in the same mall where we were immediately given the help and kindness we were looking for. The two stars are for the woman at the perfume counter who tried to help us while also helping other customers seeking perfume, and because they what appeared to nice tuxedos reasonably priced.

My Son and I had just returned from boating in Nebraska and my skin got really tanned. So I needed a new MAC studio fix in my new colour. The individual working by herself was on a inch break, sad that they can’t find more staff to help. But we waited, and upon return she was so delightful, cheerful, and helpful. We found the PERFECT match and I want to just let the world know what a great individual runs this counter. Go there!!

Doing well to keep the pandemic health and safety standards. Generally spacious space to allow for enough distancing. Good post holiday season discounts on major brands.

What a nice, well lit, spacious store! The employees were kind and cheery and eager to help us design our new living room. The displays were very helpful in giving us a good picture as to what our new home and office will look like. They also had a great selection of rugs in every size, shape and pattern.
