Let me start by saying that I’m not someone who leaves reviews. However, the customer service I received at Hyde Park at Cherry Creek, made me make and exception. Carlos I, the sales Representative, made my dream of owning a Rolex come true. I had an amazing experience, specially, nowadays, when it is hard to acquire one. It felt fantastic to get my hand on my first Rolex Submariner Blue Face steel/gold. This is a great piece to start my collection. Once again, I cannot thank Carlos I enough for making my dream come true. Five stars are not enough to express how grateful I am that I can call myself a Rolex owner. Hyde Park is the best! ~Luis

Pretty cool place if your into this kinda thing. Everyone was friendly and inviting. So above average customer service. They had all different types of stones and cool things to look at. Parking is a pain but that’s everywhere in Denver. Check it out if your in the area. ~Zesty

Really great selection overall for a variety of gift types or home decor. I went for an anniversary gift and couldn’t have been happier with the amount of options that were perfect. Will definitely be going back for future gifts. Everything was high quality but very fair prices. The store manager, MK, was extremely helpful and nice as well. Latina-owned small business with ethically created diamonds and gorgeous designs—sign me up! We did a lot of research before deciding to work with Sarah O. and have no regrets. They did such a wonderful job creating a perfect bridal set within our budget. For my engagement ring, we had a specific design in mind, and they helped us created the most beautiful custom piece that we later paired with one of their Baguette and Round Diamond Milgrain Channel Set bands. Living out of state, we had all of our consultations virtually, but always knew our vision was in the best hands.
