Let me start by saying that I’m not someone who leaves reviews. However, the customer service I received at Hyde Park at Cherry Creek, made me make and exception. Carlos I, the sales Representative, made my dream of owning a Rolex come true. I had an amazing experience, specially, nowadays, when it is hard to acquire one. It felt fantastic to get my hand on my first Rolex Submariner Blue Face steel/gold. This is a great piece to start my collection. They did such a wonderful job creating a perfect bridal set within our budget. For my engagement ring, we had a specific design in mind, and they helped us created the most beautiful custom piece that we later paired with one of their Baguette and Round Diamond Milgrain Channel Set bands.
