Becca at the Tennyson location is absolutely incredible! My now fiance and I went to Sarah O and she instantly made me feel comfortable. She took her time and showed me many different options and really listened to what I was liking and helped me feel confident in what I liked. I could not recommend Becca and Sarah O enough for the process of choosing an engagement ring which I was so intimidated by to start!

My fiancée, Ashley, and I did our engagement rings with the fabulous Becca out of the Tennyson location. We both did custom designs with our own stones. Becca listened to our styles and preferences and designed the most incredible pieces we could have imagined. It’s actually super impressive that she nailed both designs so perfectly given how different our styles were! Becca went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and she has two clients for life. She made sure we were very comfortable with budgets and timelines and was patient as we needed some time between our first appointment and pulling the trigger on the process. Zero pressure. We have already gone in to do some band shopping and get so excited about making future purchases from Becca. She’s the absolute best.

A friend told me about Sarah O when I mentioned I wanted a unique engagement ring. I immediately fell in love with a rough diamond ring they had on their website and forwarded it to my fiancé. After it sold the next day I contacted the company and we started a custom with the same design. Living out of state we worked with designer Becca to get everything how we wanted and within our budget. The entire experience was great, the ring is incredible and we couldn’t be happier!

She helped my sister’s now fiancé and I design THE most gorgeous pink sapphire engagement ring within an almost impossibly short timeframe for a holiday proposal. I’m located in Seattle, so we did everything by video consultation and email. The thought of ordering such an important thing before seeing it in person is a little nerve-wracking, but Janelle was so sweet and professional throughout the process that it made us feel confident we had chosen the right place. Latina-owned small business with ethically created diamonds and gorgeous designs—sign me up! We did a lot of research before deciding to work with Sarah O. and have no regrets. They did such a wonderful job creating a perfect bridal set within our budget. For my engagement ring, we had a specific design in mind, and they helped us created the most beautiful custom piece that we later paired with one of their Baguette and Round Diamond Milgrain Channel Set bands. Living out of state, we had all of our consultations virtually, but always knew our vision was in the best hands.
