I had a great experience being helped by Tony G. He was the first one to approach and followed me through the store while I tried everything on and asked loads of questions. Very knowledgeable and was very professional. I recommend anyone to shop here and ask for Tony. Thanks again! Love my new watch

I dropped off my Cartier watch on 8/19 to have the battery replaced. The service manager told me they have a four week waiting period for repairs. On 9/7, almost three weeks later, I received a call saying that the watch could not be repaired in their store and that they would need to send it directly to Cartier in Dallas, TX. I asked why the battery could not be replaced, but the woman who called did not have any other details for me. When I visited on 9/9 to retrieve my watch, Hyde Park advised me that to send it directly to Cartier, it would be $110 for shipping and $600 - $900 for the actual service by Cartier. Keep in mind that all I need is a battery replacement. I pressed that point to the service manager, and he stated that they did all they could do and could not get the watch working. I left and immediately took the watch to Foster & Son Fine Jewelry in the Cherry Creek area, minutes from Hyde Park. The owner of the store replaced the battery and resealed the watch in 20 minutes while I waited in their store. The watch is working perfectly now. Avoid Hyde Park - their service department here has no idea what they're doing.

I've had two exceptional watch buying experiences at Hyde Park working with Matthew Chmara. Matthew is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He was willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and, within a matter of minutes, picked up on my style preferences and showed me additional pieces that he thought I might like. Working with Matthew feels like a consultation and conversation, not a sale. Outstanding service and experience from start to finish.

We went yesterday Saturday July 17th, sales rep Tony helped us. He was extremely rude. After looking at a few watches for our son, we told him we would be right back we needed a lunch break to think about which watch we wanted to pick. He immediately said, "I know I won't see you again! So why are you even saying you are coming back when it's not true?" He continued with, "I know the minute you walk out of this store you are not coming back!" We walked away and my husband looked at me and said, "This guy just broke all the rules of being a good sales guy and a decent human, we are not coming back after this". We walked a few steps, went into the Night Rider store, ended up buying a super unique watch for our son. Amazing people work there and amazing jewelry, check them out!

I brought my Tag Heuer watch in for a repair and was very pleased with the experience. They provided a full service on my time piece and replaced the the worn and defective parts with factory replacements. The price was right for getting my watch back in working order and I was able to confidently wear it out in the sea, sun, and sand of Mexico, the way Tag Heuer intended.

Went shopping for 2 special watches for my wife and I "from the Easter Bunny" Amanda Neel was my sales person. She has kept in touch with me by personal email and texts. I visited one afternoon on the way home from work. I looked at a variety of specialty watches with her as my guide. She really knew her watches as did the brand associated sales staff for Omega, Tudor, and Rolex. She went through the Chanel, Panerai and Cartier options herself and explained some of the unique history behind those I took under consideration. The whole visit was really a lot of fun and was very informative. I mad e my selections, placed reserves, and picked them up the following Saturday. Big smiles from my wife on Easter morning. THanks Amanda.

Ordered a Rolex about 6 months ago. Put down half and received a bill of sale showing balance. Watch came in, right about when they estimated. Went in to pick it up the next day and was told my salesperson wasn’t there that day and to please come back. I was more than surprised when I saw they were serious. I told them I am here to pick up the timepiece I ordered that has now arrived after quite some time. Finally - but not at all happy about it, they agreed I could receive my Rolex. Really ? Here’s where it gets worse. They told me that over the 6 months since they sold it to me, the cost had gone up. Appears to be about $300 or so. I showed them my sales contract and told them I do not see any clause or stipulation regarding price increases, nor could my attorney find one -just for the record. The Manager of the Store got involved (I was assuming a manager in a high end jewelry store would do what it takes to make the customer happy - especially for very little cost) I will mention that in my opinion at least, no contract law would support this based on their bill of sale. I tried to be nice - but it was not easy. This is a ROLEX store, no? I was given three choices - pay the extra money , receive my 50% deposit back - or - allow them to MANIPULATE THE TAXES DUE - and have it delivered to me at home. Again, this is Rolex? I choose none of the above. I am writing a 100% HONEST account of how Hyde Park jewelers in Cherry Creek does business. Amy, the store manager, allowed me to leave with no watch, not happy, and potentially more trouble than $300 is worth. Not my decision, theirs. Maybe I’ll get the watch, maybe I won’t. Just sharing what their version of “ luxury service “ is. Buyer beware.

The only way I can write a 10 star review is by writing a second five star review. Life circumstances happened and I had to decide to hit the pause button on my Rolex purchase and opted for an Omega timepiece. I let Carlos Ibañez (Rolex specialist) know about my decision since he has been so great at walking me through the process and at communicating with me every step of the way. Carlos couldn’t have been more understanding and gracious, and told me to stop by and see him before heading to Omega so he could introduce me to someone that could take care of me there. We walked over to Omega, where Carlos introduced me to Sharla Jackson. WOW, impressed again. Even though I already had my mind set on a specific Seamaster Aqua Terra model, Sharla showed me other options to help me be sure of my decision. This was, after all, my first luxury watch purchase. The purchase process with Sharla was seamless and I enjoyed every moment of it. I was given a good deal and ended up getting the steel bracelet variant and ordering a rubber strap as well. Without question, this is now my watch home. Thanks again! JP Garduño *** REVIEW UPDATE 1/19/2022 *** I wrote this review when I bought my first OMEGA in May. In October I got the Seamaster Professional 300 with a stunning white dial. Once again, Sharla Jackson was incredibly helpful and patient. And then in November I was lucky to be in a position where I could buy a Rolex. I stopped by to say hi to Carlos Ibañez and he had just received some display only models. I had not considered a 36 mm watch and that all changed when I tried on the Explorer reference 124270. I instantly fell in love with the symmetry of the no date dial, the amazing legibility, the way it felt on my wrist, and its understated nature. A few days later I emailed Carlos and told him I was ready, to which he replied that it might take up to about six months; the Rolex demand is no joke, it is real and patience is a must. To my surprise, I got an email from Carlos about a month later saying that one would become available and I just had to confirm that I wanted it. After careful consideration and deep reflection for an entire 1/1000 of a second I said YES! ABSOLUTELY! I am in absolute awe of the perfection of my new timepiece (my OMEGAs are a bit jealous at the moment, but I am sure they understand). Finally, my dream of owning a Rolex has come true. Thank you Carlos, thank you Sharla, and thank you Hyde Park for being so welcoming to a newbie in the luxury watch world. Now please file a restraining order against me and don’t let me near the store! Sincerely, JP Garduño, a very satisfied and loyal customer :)

Let me start by saying that I’m not someone who leaves reviews. However, the customer service I received at Hyde Park at Cherry Creek, made me make and exception. Carlos I, the sales Representative, made my dream of owning a Rolex come true. I had an amazing experience, specially, nowadays, when it is hard to acquire one. It felt fantastic to get my hand on my first Rolex Submariner Blue Face steel/gold. This is a great piece to start my collection. Once again, I cannot thank Carlos I enough for making my dream come true. Five stars are not enough to express how grateful I am that I can call myself a Rolex owner. Hyde Park is the best!

Working with Yelena to purchase my first Rolex was an awesome experience. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the acquisition of a hard to find watch possible. The Hyde Park in Denver is likely the best jeweler in the state, with an extensive selection of really beautiful pieces, both jewelry and watches. Brands include Patek Philippe, Jaeger LeCoultre, Cartier, and, of course, Rolex.
