Let me start by saying that I’m not someone who leaves reviews. However, the customer service I received at Hyde Park at Cherry Creek, made me make and exception. Carlos I, the sales Representative, made my dream of owning a Rolex come true. I had an amazing experience, specially, nowadays, when it is hard to acquire one. It felt fantastic to get my hand on my first Rolex Submariner Blue Face steel/gold. This is a great piece to start my collection. Once again, I cannot thank Carlos I enough for making my dream come true. Five stars are not enough to express how grateful I am that I can call myself a Rolex owner. Hyde Park is the best! ~Luis

Great experience! Went in to get my watch battery replaced and decided to get a new band as well. I got the new battery and band for the same price as another jeweler quoted for just the battery. Very affordable and quick too. I will definitely be returning for anymore watch needs! ~Nina
