I love jcpenney this one was very clean, great customer service and found lots of great special.

Sad there is no longer any customer service in the department stores... There were hardly any workers on the floor, and they only had a poor selection of womens's suit blouses available. So many remote workers that they no long stock items for those that have to wear business suits. Times have changed for the worse.

The point of curbside pickup is to pickup WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE! I would have selected in-store pickup if that's what I wanted. Sooo you have on sneakers, work at a store that I'm sure have plenty of umbrellas or rain coats, BUT YOU MAKE THE COSTUMER WAIT 10 MINUTES IN CURBSIDE, AS YOU STAND AT THE FREAKING DOOR WITH THEIR ORDER??? I had to get out and still go get my order because I guess she couldn't be bothered. Had I had on closed in shoes, I would have any in and got it myself... There was a reason for curbside! Will never visit this location again! People don't want to do their jobs anymore and it's really sad.

Great selection of swimsuits! The store is clean and well stocked. Very nice and helpful staff. I love my 2 new swimsuits.

Nice selection, they always have a good sell and coupons. The store was clean and well laid out, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Regarding coupons. The clerk at the register asked if I had any coupons. I said no, do you? She said yes, go to JCPenney.com on your phone, there is a coupon for 30% off. Then she waited patiently while I pulled it up. The she took my phone, found and scanned the bar code and voila, 30% off! Awesome! That is one of the reasons I love JCPENNEY and they have cute clothes!

Super helpful associates. The sales going on right now are amazing! Kelli the cashier was very friendly and made me feel important. She complimented my dress choice and took the time to bag it up nicely.

Seriously! I bought a dress, took it on vacation, wore it, came homeamd washed it. It was shredded. I take it back to the store. This is within 9 days of purchase. The employee was totally surprised and shocked that this happened. She said that sadly they can't take back anything that has been washed.??? She was doing her job. I kindly asked to speak to a supervisor. Eventually I got a credit back to my card. EDIT: 4/2023. I had to walk around the store for 10 minutes to find a fitting room open.

Terrible. They would not honor the price of a pair of shoes. They did not have a price and a worker found them on the JC Penny website for me. Had me take a picture, to take to the register with her name and cash register worker said no. Tried to charge me way more for them. Waste of time and energy going there.

They try really hard, but still fall short on what the potential could be for this store. It's a definite... "Mehhh" for me. Nothing special. Nothing stood out. Some places were clean. Other places were completely unorganized and in disarray. Pretty much what you would expect from a department store chain that is circling the drain.

I took my daughter into the salon today to fix her hair from it being fried and falling out. Julie did an Amazing job! She was super sweet, listened to what my daughter wanted, and left my daughter feeling absolutely beautiful! The other ladies were nice and welcoming, very pleased with their service
