If you want to customize your car this is the place to do it. They perform a wide range of services from car audio, window tint and remote starters to name a few. My scheduled appointment started right on time and I didn't have to wait much for the job to be completed. The staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating and their prices are very competitive. Will definitely return.

Got a remote starter installed via a Groupon deal they offered. The price almost seemed too good to be true, but after looking at reviews (Groupon & Google), this seemed like the real deal & a reputable shop, so I pulled the trigger. And it turned out great. I bought the groupon 10 days before Xmas & had it installed 7 days later (they had earlier install times too). It was a present for my daughter's older Toyota & she loves it. All in, it was <$200 and installed that quick. No extra fees or gotcha's, just sales tax. Very impressed. Only slight issue was they didn't realize I was waiting for it to be done the morning I brought it, so it was a little later than expected, but no big deal in the end. Very friendly & good service. I heard them talking with a customer about car stereo installs & they seemed very knowledgeable for that too.

Went in to have a remote alarm installed in a 2018 Honda Accord and couldn't have asked for a better place to go. The staff there were friendly. They helped me make the right choice for my car and took their time to explain the difference between each alarm. They are also priced reasonably. Dropped my car off in the morning and received it back on time. They will be handling all my car accessories from now on. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get whatever they need for the cars

Stopped in on a Tuesday for a front and back door speaker replacement on a 2022 vehicle. Price quoted for job plus addition of sub woofer for sound I was looking for, all good. Left with quote and told them I will call with my decision. Called next day at noon to get on schedule for install. Owner said bring car right over, it’s a half day install job. I declined and said next day was better, I’ll drop off in morning and leave it there. Car dropped off Thursday morning. Tech called at noon on Thursday and told me that have to overnight order speaker bracket kits and he can keep car or install as much as he can. I needed car for next day appointments I informed them. He was to call when this was done, no call. I show up, pick up car and front tweeters are laying on dash board, tech gone for day😡. I waited for call on Friday that kits had come in, no call.😡. Called on Saturday and was told kits are in, we can schedule you for Wednesday install. 🤨 . Sooooo do I drive until Wednesday with tweeters laying on dash? Tech said, “it’s a newer vehicle, we didn’t know we needed speaker kits”. 🤦🏼♂️ Are you guys professionals are not? I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I have had window tinting, car audio installed, wheels installed and other services performed on my car and will tell you I was never disappointed. They do a very good job at getting you in the right direction if you're unsure about what you want for your vehicle. The best part of One Stop Care Audio is the customer service. If your in line they make sure they let you know that they recognize you there. I couldn't ask for a better experience when it comes to dealing with the crew at One Stop Car Audio. Friendly and knowledgeable sales people willing to spend time to make sure you get the correct products. The installation was done in a short amount of time and ready for pickup before promised. The workmanship was nothing less than professional and the vehicle was clean and spotless after the installation. Outstanding experience from beginning to end... I was in market for new stereo with all bells and whistles for my 04 grand marquis. I went there spoke with Steve. He showed me what he had. Price was fair. Dropped off my car it was done end of the day as promised. Blue tooth, satellite radio, touch screen. Works great looks great. Very happy. Took my truck there and ordered same radio and New tonneau cover. Highly recommend one stop.
