My husband and I are renovating our kitchen and needed to replace all of our appliances. We went to PC Richard & Son in Bridgewater because we were shopping around for the best prices. Our Sales rep, John, was very helpful, professional, pleasant, and most of all not pushy! Because of our interactions with John and the great prices, we obviously purchased our appliances from this store. We plan on buying a flat screen TV as well. Thank you John for all of your help!

I would’ve never been able to figure out all the stuff I needed to get without John’s help! He was so helpful and kind, I highly recommend him!! He made sure I I didn’t get the wrong things and now I understand a lot more than I did before I walked in! He has a great attitude and is more than happy to take the time to explain things. I never felt like he was feeding me lies just to make a sale. Will definitely be back in the future!

I have dealt with chronic back and hip pain and have never loved any mattress I’ve slept on. John was nice and so patient even when I had my two kids with us and showed us many different types of mattresses. He helped us find one that both my husband and I were happy with, which wasn’t easy since I prefer a firm mattress and he prefers soft! We went with a sterns and foster hybrid and could not be happier! I was so happy to not have a pushy salesman and he was encouraging us to go back and fourth between a few choices several times to ensure we liked the one we chose! It was a nice experience and we will definitely be returning for any future appliances that we may need!
