Subs are great, the employees are wonderful, they are just over worked and very busy. Don't order ahead online. Just go to the store and order right there. In person orders are given priority. Door dash, too. I waited 25 mins for my online order while over a dozen people came in and had their sandwiches made. It seems like it's a policy for them to do online orders last. I won't do online ordering again. I'll just go there and do my order in person for faster service. ~Christopher
