Rude customer service, be careful, they will take return packages but decline to provide receipt, when asked, they will ask to use kiosk. I have lost return packages here.

It’s a shame to be treated like this ! The fedex team refused to tap my box ! My company has used fedex services for years now and it’s the first time someone refuses to tap my cardboard box ! Don’t use this office. Very bad customer services

I Never been to a fedex where they couldn’t print a new label for you using the old label. Seems to me that no one there knows how to use there operating system. I use fedex all the time for my business and have gone to other locations and they never had an issue printing labels for me. They literally had me email the label to them how does that even make sense. In the end I had to log into a computer on there site and pay to print out a label. The site just needs better training.

Expect to stand in line for at least 30-40min as the person at the counters struggles to do her job. This happens everyday & they are incapable of even the basics of customer service. They have misplaced my packages, given me the wrong packages, & taken personal calls on their cellphones right in front of customers. The work ethic is piss poor & their manager Eric is uncaring & unprofessional. Avoid this location at all costs.

We shipped a package through FEDEX and unfortunately we lost tracking number. When we called customer service to help us out to track the package, they said they cannot track a shipment with out tracking number and there is no way out to track the same and they are not helpful at all. They didn’t even try to help us out in trying another way. It is natural that people sometimes will lose tracking number. If that is lost, is there no way to track package? This is exactly was told to me , that package cannot be tracked without tracking number . What a ridiculous customer service
