Subs are great, the employees are wonderful, they are just over worked and very busy. Don't order ahead online. Just go to the store and order right there. In person orders are given priority. Door dash, too. I waited 25 mins for my online order while over a dozen people came in and had their sandwiches made. It seems like it's a policy for them to do online orders last. I won't do online ordering again. I'll just go there and do my order in person for faster service.

First we usually love Jersey Mike’s. However tonight’s experience was less than Stella. My order was wrong. I ordered a giant chicken onion peppers with extra American, Mayo and tomato. What I got was a chicken, a few onions, peppers, tomato, LETTUCE and no Mayo. In addition once it was cooked on the grill and the cook was transferring it to the roll the two spatular separated and half of the filling fell back on the grill the other half fell on the counter next to the grill and never made it into the sandwich. Then he went back to the grill to scoop up the rest but the filling was definitely lacking. And the cheese on half of the sub was missing and lastly the roll didn’t taste or feel fresh like they usually do. The other sub was a chicken with onions and peppers along with banana peppers and although that sub was supposed to have provolone it was made with American. And the way the sub was wrapped when we got home and unwrapped it didn’t matter what type of cheese was supposed to be n the sub as it was all stuck to the paper wrapper. So all in all it was a disappointing evening at Jersey Mike’s at the Somerville Circle. I hope this feed back helps. I think the team was struggling this evening because the order before ours was wrong also, after the people left they came back because one of the subs was wrong and the cashier who I think was also supervising the third associate who was cleaning admitted he made a mistake and said it in a very nice manner but nonetheless two customers inclusive or four people had incorrect food given to them. To me that is a red flag saying there might be bigger problems. Lastly, the person cooking had a big head of hair and had no hat or net on his head. He was a very nice person very polite when he handed us our order but I think a hat or hair net would be appropriate. As I said before I hope the feedback helps. I love Jersey Mike’s and want to see them exceed customer expectations not miss them all together.

The sandwich was made nicely, but it looked like they didn't add a lot of salami to it. I also didn't like that the sub was still being made and they asked if we wanted to pay and we payed .... Literally a second later the guy asked if we paid ?!!! Like we're trying to get a free sub or something.

This place is disgusting! The floor in the kitchen area looks like it has not been cleaned in a year. There is dirt and food remains everywhere. Also the staff is very rude! There was a woman, Christine, so terrible. All she did was complain about how much work she has to do as she stood around doing nothing. Also they seem to have no standard for food safety. I worked there very briefly. There were NO labels on any food that showed expiration dates, there is mold and dirt inside the cabinets where they store food. They touch thing from the floor and then go back making food. I never once saw anyone wash their hands while i was there (although they do wear gloves) so gross! Just today there was a patty for the chicken steak that looked bad and it was slimy, they told me to put it on the grill anyway. This location should be shut down. I'm sure other locations are okay but this one is really effin bad yall. Thanks

It's not easy to find great customer service skills, however, Jersey Mike's hit the Jackpot with Wendy. I met Wendy at Starbucks and asked her where the nearest Jersey Mike's store was. Not only was Wendy happy to speak with me, she told me about promotions and invited me to the store for lunch. I decided to have lunch at Jersey Mike's that afternoon. Wendy's staff were all nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Wendy noticed me in line and stopped what she was doing to come to say hello and thanked me for coming in. I chatted with the staff while they worked and I ate lunch in the store. I would definitely go back. The food is always good however, I would go back because Wendy made me feel special and is an exceptional person. Thank you to you and your staff for all you do and for physically coming to work every day.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. These actions did not even deserve a star but that was the only way I could leave a comment. I have never had a bad experience with customer service at a Jersey Mike's until today. I visited this store June 23, 2021 at 12:50 PM. My order would have been a $70.00 sale. No other customers were in the store and I was trying to get my complete order from my family and the representative started asking me, do you want any more sandwiches several times and I finally asked him to stop rushing and the Manager just stood there and said nothing until I said well never mind I wasn't going to be rushed. And then the Manager said huh yeah have a good day. Never did she say can I assist you with you order. I will find another Jersey Mike's to go to If I have to drive 25 miles. NO ONE SHOULD BE RUSHED WHEN SPENDING THEIR MONEY.

Not bad, but sadly, the roll is the worst part. When you are competing with Subway, WaWa, and QuickChek, at a premium price, the rolls have to be on par. While the sandwich ingredients are among the best of the four, but not necessarily superior, the rolls are the worst of the four, sorry. Today's promotion was to be applauded, however, long lines, crashing order systems (phone, web, etc...), and angry customers, make it clear that not enough thought was put into these unintended consequences. Even Uber Eats drivers were stacked up outside the store. I tried to order ahead for takeout a full 40 minutes before arriving, and continuously on my drive to the store, to no avail. Waited 30 minutes in line to place my order in person, and roughly 15 minutes till I received my order. Total time from home to home, only to pickup a sandwich, 1hour 30minutes. Next time, avoid the one day splash promotion that your stores and workers cannot handle.

#13 Mike's way..... nothing better. Copious amounts of meat and the bread is always fresh. Great customer service and consistently delicious at the price point. You can get less expensive subs elsewhere, but I'm more interested in a really good sandwich. Once I was given and charged for a regular sub when I asked for a mini. They apologized for the mistake immediately and gave me a coupon for a free regular anything on my next visit. Super customer service!
