This bed bath and beyond was huge. It was very nice. 3 level. Had a lot of stuff. My coupon was not working but the employee helped me to key it in at self serve which wss nice of her. I want to go back there one day when i have more time.

I went to get a trash can and the choices were extremely limited. They mostly only have self check out, I was pleasantly impressed that it wasn't chaotic.

They had the perfect glasses I wanted to purchase, but while climbing out the escalator the shopping bag tore off, which was such an inconvenience when we had to carry glass tumblers from the store, to the bus, and a walk back home!

I found both items I wanted at very reasonable prices. And the store was not packed with people which made my visit quick. The only downer is the winding around walks one must take to use escalators.

Ashley at the self checkout area couldn't have been more accommodating, patient with my questions, and empathetically professional in her overall manner. Her warmth and ability to focus on solutions without even hinting that most of my problems were of my sole doing makes me go to this BBB even though I don't live in Manhattan. The team members here all seem to be unified in meeting success when it comes to customer service.

I have been to this location three times. I am done! I will never go there again. I cannot imagine who handles their real estate. The physical plant is a nightmare! You can get your 10,000 steps in just walking around trying to find something in that store. You have to go up an escalator then in an elevator then back up an escalator trying to get to the mezzanine, which is pretty much impossible without a roadmap. They have very little merchandise. If I wanted that much space I would move to Montana.! The merchandise they do have is a much lower quality than they had in their first Avenue store. They now do a lot of private label which is low to moderate in quality. A few members of the staff are very nice and helpful, most of them not so much. I’m sure they are bored out of their minds as there are very few customers and I am sure they are tired of hearing all the customers complain about the same things. This was such an awful experience that I can’t stress enough how I would never consider going back there.

So the layout here is a bit challenging. I had to trek up and down and up and down another section of the store to get to some of the bathroom items I needed (non consumables). More signage might make it look more clutter, but if you're not prepared to walk around, you'll be frustrated. Don't think the actual physical space helped matters. Outside of that, typical Bed Bath and Beyond. Staff I spoke with were helpful. Would go back there again.

So disappointed in this store lately. Ever since the remodel, it's been a frustrating experience from entering the store to exiting the store. They've moved everything around, and most new locations don't even make sense. Changes should be positive... this store eliminated a large portion of their inventory. They added so much expensive items it's difficult to find a good deal here anymore. I might as well go to Duane Reade/Wallgreens, they charge the same prices now. BB&B closed the Beyond Face Values store on Broadway & 90th. I visited that store every weekend. There's another Face Values store in the area, but they don't honor the Beyond+ membership. Now I have to go all the way down to 66th St (I'm in Harlem!) & can't find half of what I am looking for. Also, the workers seem to all have been replaced by people who would rather be anywhere else but there. I miss my favorite manager, she was so friendly... and my favorite cashier, well she's gone because they are all self-checkout now! Again, changes should be positive! This store went from a great store to a horribly frustrating experience! I'm thinking of canceling my Beyond+ membership as I can't see myself getting my money's worth out of it anymore!

This was the first time I went into this location and it will be the last time. I was frustrated because I went to buy a bathroom scale and couldn't find not one employee on the sales floor. You literally need a map to shop in that store it's so big. When I found an employee and asked her where the scales were located she told me to go upstairs to another level and find the elevator and walked off. I found an escalator and went up another level and ran into another employee he told me to go in the pillow section and the elevator was back there. I was so angry for the runaround, I found the scales and it was a complete waste of time because they didn't have much of a selection. I found the elevator on my own because I didn't want to take my anger out on anyone that I may have encountered. I had an aggravating experience in that store and definitely will not be going back there again. No employees to assist the customer, no good selection of bathroom scales, what employees that were there didn't give a hoot about the customer. That store really and truly is a disappointment. Don't reccomend this location at all.👎🤨
