Target continues to disappoint me in New Jersey. I’m originally from Minnesota and that’s where target was created. Target was known for its great products and design, cleanliness great prices responsive cashiers. Target in Hudson County don’t have product - there are many shelves that are empty. The stores are dirty and there are many empty shelves. During the holidays it’s horrible absolutely horrible. Every time I go I swear I will never go back. Today I want to get baby diapers for a baby shower. There was an advertisement by two boxes of three types of baby diapers and you can get a $15 gift card. So I picked up two boxes next to the advertisement brought them to the counter after waiting in line and were told they were incorrect. I went back and spent 10 minutes finding the correct boxes. Turns out I had to spend $84 to get $15 back.

Worst customer service at Pick up counter. I ordered a swimsuit top on Target App this morning and was charged a bag fee of 5 cents. When I came to pick up in the afternoon, a woman at counter just handed me a bra, and that is all. I said I paid 5 cents on the app, and I definitely wouldn't walk on the street with a bra in hand… She said it doesn't come with bags… As I was checking receipts in my app, I just couldn't find the receipt that showed 5 cents for bags. Other person who worked in Target saw me and said the bag is 1 dollar, it couldn't be just 5 cents or it must be 5 cents deduction if you don't need bags, but I said I ordered on Target app several times, When picking up at other stores, they gave me a bag and I was charged a fee for the bag, from their expression, they thought it was unbelievable… Finally a girl at counter helped me find the bag fee charge in my app, told her supervisor and finally gave me a bag, while telling me don't order on Target app… To supervisor at Edgewater Target, train your workers to use Target app! And provide bags When customers were already charged a bag fee!!

They do NOT pick up the phone . I tried over 2 days to call to see if an item on a registry I wanted to purchase was available, prior to making the trip over. No one at any dept or the main desk picked up and I know I have the correct number. Very frustrating for a major store to be unreachable over 2 days of trying.

Target is typically a 3 to 5 Star experience - they score LOW due to the long waits at the self check out terminals. I believe it's unacceptable to wait more than a few minutes to self check out. I would much rather wait in a longer queue and interact with a human. In this particular visit, I waited approximately about 10 minutes to self checkout. Shouldn't we get a discount for doing part of the work?

Very sharp contrast from Target, located in Paramus NJ! That place is horrible, with the worst customer service and rudest employees ever!

This Target store is selling reusable bags due to the NJ plastic bag ban. I purchased some and utilized some of the same bags that I already owned- after scanning the new bags at the self checkout, unfortunately an employee named Maria G took it upon herself to shout at me “those are $1” over and over, because I obviously did not scan and pay for the bags I brought from home. This employee then proceeded to stand behind me the entire time I was checking out even after she was told by another employee to leave me alone because I had done nothing wrong. After asking for a manager to complain about this employee, I was only able to speak with someone who said they would relay this to their manager. This employee did however agree that this was not Maria G’s job and she should not have been harassing me. They also do not answer any calls.

I get into Starbucks here in Target of River road and ordered a coffee (americano) It tasted more water than coffee. Also one of the refreshment machine (located near the tables) was really noisy which made really annoying if you pretend to stay there even for just 5-10 minutes.

The will say Corp order's we have no item where or what items are coming in. Stop at Acme. Trader Joe's Whole Foods. If you must. Make sure Target is very Very Last place you shop. Because Most of the time they won't have it.

A lot of items are priced wrong (higher) than what it’s labeled when checking out. Please check all your prices at the register. This is so wrong in so many levels. I wouldn’t expect this from Target. Hope they fix these issues

Aaron was the best associate in the whole store he was kind ,courteous and understanding as he price verified some of my purchases eventho It might take a little longer. In the end of the transaction his manager switched him off register I hope it wasn’t for my time at register because he definitely gave great service and patience . Thanks again Aaron. The store has a spacious parking lot with multiple other stores in the area. It also has a Starbucks inside the store itself. It is a one level store with a good variety of items and handicap accessibility.
