Clean, organized and well lit store. Easy to look for items. Very good customer service. 👌 I stopped a Sales Associate for help at the Bathroom section and he gladly help me and answer my question satisfactorily Even though he was from the Paints section. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. 👍

Caution: They don't appear to know how to run the delivery service for major appliances or respond to customer problems / complaints. Problems: - Did not deliver - When we called to ask about the failure to deliver they: 1. Hung up on us (4 times) 2. Left us on hold to in apparent hope that we would give up (roughly 2 hours over multiple calls) 3. Said they could not find the order (fortunately we have the receipt and order number) 4. Still waiting 6 hours after the delivery company said they were 15 minutes from our house. In an attempt to avoid this type of problem, we confirmed that the products were in stock and available for delivery when we placed the order and again two days before delivery. On the day before scheduled delivery we confirmed that we would be available during the 4-hour delivery window and confirmed our contact number. On the delivery day, the delivery service called us on time to say that they were 15 minutes away. As the hours passed without any delivery we tried calling the delivery service and finally contacted the store several hours after the expected delivery. We are still waiting for help from a qualified human after repeated calls and several hours on the phone.

Lowe's is better than HD. My pet peeve with stores like this is they do not offer to help you load your purchase. I had an employee wheel a cart with a very heavy purchase on it up to the front and said "There you go." Ha. GET SOME HELP. I can't do this. So cust svc called and an employee appears and they load it into my pickup. Amazing. You never see a manager on the floor to see what their employees are doing. And the cashiers?? Omg. Glum glum glum. Are Lowe's employees miserable? It sure seems so.

I know it's a hardware, etc. store but the lumber area was not the cleanest. The floors should probably be vacuumed and washed once in awhile.

I'll update my review if Lowe's come through for us but my confidence is low that this will happen with chaotic delivery of our washer and dryer today. The washer and dryer was dumped off with the wrong parts, with a promise that another set of delivery personnel with come (and call in advance) for the hook up. That second set of personnel are MIA. Despite the best efforts of customer service, no one could answer my questions on next steps and would need to call tomorrow.

June 1st at 2:45 an off the clock employee wearing a grey surf shirt made a degrading comment about my service dog. I suggest you educate your staff on discrimination and disability.

Had to stop in and pick up an order and you know how sometimes that goes when they tell you your orders pulled and you get there and it's not. I was pleasantly surprised customer service. Cashier diamond took care of us and our order was ready when we got there. Great service!

Use Home Depot. Lowe’s has changed or updated the return policy on the products they sell. If you have a big project and need to return even the smallest item(s) they will flag your credit card and your drivers license. You will not be able to even get store credit. Home Depot at least gives you store credit when your not able to find a receipt. LOWES broad of directors should really review this policy. I guess they forgot the customer is what makes Lowe’s profitable. It about principal and customer service.
