Getting gas from here is quick, the prices are good, always hot food to take on the go, and a decent selection of food behind the counter. I should note that I got food poisoning once from eating the chicken sandwich from here, but otherwise every time I’ve gotten food it’s been delicious.

Shame on you Wawa. Employees have attitude and are petty when asked to remake incorrect food. Asked for my egg bowl to be remade because items were left out, some that I paid extra money for. I got push back, attitude, "oh well that's not what you ordered" when I had the receipt and had only JUST walked out. The "remade food" was made haphazardly and pettily with the cheddar cheese being thrown on last so it didnt even touch the eggs. Done giving Wawa a chance

I have none of the complaints others have made about customer service. My only complaint is that its packed full of hard wood floors workers when I go, which makes it a very slow visit at times, and very claustraphobic. Someone please build them a commissary! Otherwise its not bad for selection and I have found the service to be above average. But go to the WaWa a couple of miles south on rt 35 at Industrial Way instead if you can. Not even two minutes away. You'll avoid the crowds and its comparable in every other aspect.

Tire air inflators are broken. You cannot see the PSI output. One machine is so bad, it locks onto the valve and deflates the tire while the air stops coming from the machine. The machines do not have signs to let people know they are broken.

It's the only wawa between Ocean County and Monmouth that you never find the colombian coffee made, it's always empty and I always gotta ask for it and wait for them to make it, this doesn't happen at the other wawa's

This is my full hoagie with "light mayo". One bite and instantly thrown in the trash even after wiping off as much as I could. There goes $6 bucks.

Sign states to wear mask regardless of vaccination status. Cashier wire a mask but it barely covered his mouth! This is the 3rd in a row this has happened. Why isn’t mgt setting the example of the signage and CDC guidelines by wearing the mask properly? No wonder the virus is spreading. Geez.

I am a brand new 50 yr old woman, it doesn’t matter how old I am, I actually grew up with half of your staffs parents most likely. My point is that these kids don’t have any respect for their elders nor do they take their paying jobs seriously. I actually live next door & couldn’t wait for this Location to open because it’s convenient. But when I go in it’s Chaos, which I’ve Sucked up& carried on about my way. But. When I go in and order food and the kids behind the food counter or not even respectful or give you what you want when you get home it’s way too late because your sandwich is all wrong already and you don’t wanna go back just manage that aspect of your store of your new store. I love WaWa but hire ppl who really want to work
