Fleet feet store had high end running shoes in stock, that other stores didn't have. the sales associates seemed very knowledgeable about their products and they were attentive to customers needs. Kyle at the Fresno fleet feet store was extremely helpful when I purchased a pair of Saucony endorphin pro 3.

I scheduled an appointment to get new running shoes and I was a little nervous. I have never been fitted for running shoes. Overall, I am VERY impressed! The staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a 3D scan of my feet and a gait analysis. After trying on around 6 pairs of shoes, I found the perfect pair! Thank you guys so much for the great experience! I will DEFINITELY be back in the future!

My husband and I had heard of Fleet Feet from so many of our friends, so we finally decided to go in and get sized and fitted. It was so cool getting to finally know what shoe was a good fit! The staff was super friendly and nice! Extra special shout out to Kendra! Definitely ask for her. She is so patient and did not rush us. She was genuine in wanting to help us and encouraging us to take our time and make sure we found the right pair of shoes. Thank you so much Kendra! You made our day!

The associate that helped me, Amanda, was FANTASTIC!!! This was my first time to your store and I was blown away with the experience and the outcome. I went in there at the urging of a close friend and I only wish I had done it years ago. The process was straight forward and Amanda waked me through everything and explained the what's and why's as we progressed through the fitting and selection of footwear. I can honestly say that my feet have never felt better. I will definitely be returning for my next several pairs of shoes.

The Foot Love .... if I were to give this review a title .... this would be it. I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I recommend going and experiencing their expertise in order for you to KNOW which shoes/type of shoes your feet need. My feet thank me personally for buying the tennis shoes. I signed up for their rewards program as well. Thank you Fleet Feet!!

The Fleet Feet team takes the guesswork out of shoes. I went with a friend to a different store recently, and he asked for a remeasure of his feet (assuming they'd use one of the old standard metal sizing things). They said they don't measure feet anymore and to just try on pairs until you find something you like. Then, at the opposite end of the experience, the team at Fleet Feet who, even if you know your size, encourage you to use the sizing tools they provide as they remind you that your feet change over time. Then, once you have the right size and brand for your foot, they don't shy away from the extra work of getting the right inserts for you if you have extra special feet (like mine). There's always a helpful, conversational tone with whomever is helping you, and they never make you feel as if you're taking too much of their time.

My husband I have bought a few pairs of shoes from this place, last week being the last. Every time we walk in, we're completely ignored. Yet we see other people walking in, being greted and getting excellent service. It seems as though if you're not part of THEIR community, you get basic service. The tall male with the long hair is absolutely rude and makes it clear you're not wanted there. The ladies that have helped us pick out a pair of shoes are "friendly" once they acknowledge us, but again, not the same service others are clearly getting around you. Will no longer give this place our business.

I absolutely LOVED our experience. I went there because my son has very very wide feet and it’s hard to find shoes that fit. He also has special needs, (Autism). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were patient and kind and made sure my son had the fit and comfort he needed. They took their time with us and did everything to make sure we had the full attention and experience of the store. AWESOME!

I was greeted immediately upon entering. Hannah took care of me and made my experience a great one. She created an account for me and walk me over to the different technical devices needed to examine my feet and assessed everything needed to know about my feet in order to select the right shoes and sizes. Hannah also provided me with some walk events that I can attend that Fleet Feet put on.
