The manager at this store was amazing and even went above and beyond even though they were busy to help me get football gloves for my son. I know I was just a customer but he went above and beyond and it was very thoughtful.

Person helping us with shoes was great. Not all up in our business but was around enough to get us our shoes to try on. Also had good suggestions. The store was well maintained and organized. Better than other Big 5s in the Sacramento area.

I was looking for pickleball paddles, and they had them. They really do stock a huge variety of items for a mid-size store. I liked that I could pick one with the right grip feel. You don't get that online.

Helpfull staff. Good section of outdoor activities from throwing knives to spikeball sets. Track spikes, running pants, flashlights, weights, fingerless glibex....you name it. Always have what I need even though small location. Great store.

Customer Service was awesome today. They helped me find what I was looking for, brought it up front from the back and actually helped me to the car since it was a weight set I was buying! Thanks!

At the time, the cashier was rude and had a shirt attitude. She had black curly hair with glasses. The manager helped me and provided great service.

Usually the staff is ok. But now the staff is super rude. Went there with my family, wasn't greeted at all asked for help took about 15 min. My mask broke so went to my car to grab another 1 couldn't find one went in to buy one and was told I can't come back in and I can't buy a mask there. Definitely need to get a whole new staff or teach them some manners.

Went in to find a pair of new shoes. And found a pair of not so new, very used. I told the clerk and he just said yep it happens often. I would think they would go through and organize there products. This would help them find these issues before a customer does. This place stinks, at least the shoes did.
