Excellent costumer service. Manager Kaleina was awesome. Opened a sealed pen package for me just to see my ink fits or not. It was perfect then give me $4 dollar off because was a open item. How awesome was that! All workers are great and respectful.

I have been working with Staples and have been their regular customer for a very long time now but this time I have decided to write a feedback that this particular franchise of Staples at location on 6330 Sunrise Blv, Citrus Heights, is the worst possible that I have ever had to deal with. On March 8, 2022, I needed to print out very important copy papers and I was asked to come in one hour later. That was 10:05, so I came back at 11:50, After hour and 40 minutes and they were not done with it. Then one of the ladies made the copies literally for five minutes. When I get home, I noticed that half of the work was completely gotten wrong with so many missing pages. Today, I have decided to return and ask them to redo some of the work they’ve done yesterday and they told me that they can do it but I have to come tomorrow. The moment these two ladies from yesterday saw me coming inside and going to their desk, they started talking about me and made possible to not serve or pay attention to my request. I’ve never seen so bad presentation. I’ve never experienced a staff to lying straight into your eyes throughout the whole entire process. Not only, these people are totally incompetent of doing this job. It is so shameful that this particular location is giving so much bad name to this wonderful store that I have had so many years a very good experiences at/on other locations. Go to any other location but not at this one.

They always have what I need. However, note to self and others... Use your debit/credit card because some struggle with counting/making the correct change back to customer. How .83 cents turns into .65 cents. Lol

I've always been a fan of Staples. I've never had an issue with any store I've visited and the staffing has always been helpful and very professional. Prices are in line with current standards and when making a purchase I feel I have received good value for the exchange.

I needed help to print, scan and email some documents. The staff was beyond helpful, despite being very busy. I was also looking for some computer/phone usb/otg cables. I was actually approached and asked if I needed help, and had the functionality of the cables explained, which has been a rarity of late. Props to Staples Citrus Heights!

I met Paul in the Customer Service Dept at the Tech Help counter. He was VERY professional. By me asking a series of specific questions pertaining to making a decision on which specific computer I should purchase, He answered with "top" knowledgable responses. I'm a professional myself and he was excellent. He should be acknowledged by his Superiors immediately and awarded and/or Certified in some way. I would gladly recommend Paul to any customer.

Print Department! BEST SERVICE EVER! Very helpful, didn't leave me hanging. Pointer one customer to another. Be patient, let these folks finish with the other customers ahead of you, even if it seems they're taking too long...
