This location has several self service machines that are supposed to print from a USB drive. None of them are working. Their representative offered to transfer my work to their drive it still didn't work. Please have these machines serviced or replaced.

Went to print and it didn’t come out properly and when I asked the lady at the printing desk she didn’t offer a refund and didn’t explain what went wrong and how to fix it well .

Definitely a great place to go for printing. Their department associate Presley provided a professionally interactive experience that was very helpful and time efficient. The quality of service she provided allowed me the comfort I needed to focus on what selections would be necessary for me to make in order for my print project to come out the way I envisioned it. I usually have difficulties at other companies that offer similar services. But she really did a wonderful job helping me bring my project to life. Upon pick up my project was well packaged and 110% accurate to the order I placed. Thank you Staples/Presley.

The service was wonderful! I sent in a 24 x 36 semi-gloss poster for pickup and it came out with amazing quality! Not only that, they were willing to trim it for free, and they made sure that I was okay with how it looked before they cut it. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and will definitely be sending them all of my artwork for printing from now on.

Just got my 1st set of business cards here. They were ready in the same day! Katie did a great job and Regina was super informative and helpful. I will definitely be back for my business printing needs!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I returned a few items and was helped by a manager. I didn't get his name and they don't have the names on the reciepts. Now I understand why they don't. Not only was he rude, he made me feel as if I were some criminal when I accidentally gave the wrong receipt. Despite having the debit card which I purchased the items with, he still was so rude and went as far as ignoring me when I told him to have a wonderful day. The customer service these days is unacceptable and managers should definitely work on their customer service skills. I certainly won't be spending my college grant funds at this store in the future.

I came to Staples to look for shipping labels after I went to Office Depot and they did not have what I was looking for. Ronnie provided me with great customer service and helped me find what I needed immediately. I will definitely be coming here instead of Office Depot from now on.
