Got sick with COVID, but I had a package to pick up. Asked if they could extend my time allowed to pick it up so that I can wait until I'm not symptomatic, no help. This is after UPS refused to deliver to my apartment. If you're sick, don't wait to pick up your packages I guess. I don't love the idea of making working folks sick, but I guess UPS Corporate needs to change the way they do things.

Needs to learn how to answer the phone properly. I didn't know if I was calling someone's home that was throwing a party or UPS? I had to say to the girl that answered " is this UPS? " even then she seemed uninterested and still made me feel I called the wrong number. Then finally said ya, hold on. Then put me on hold for several minutes until I finally hung up. 😐 I am one to understand being busy but had worked customer service myself you just need to wake up and be more present when dealing with people.

I was visiting Rancho Cordova from out of state and needed to mail some fragile pyrex bowls back home. Melvin was very helpful, he packed the bowls up very carefully and they arrived home safe and sound. I appreciated his help and care with my item.

Customer service is either hit or miss here, some of the employees are nice, others act like they want you to get out of the store as soon as you can.

Okay, if the store supposed to open at 8:30 for business shouldn't somebody be inside of the store at 8:25 opening it up so they can receive customers? Also go online and update your business hours it shows you open at 8:00. 🤔 The gentleman showed up at 8:31, at 8:35 he was ready to do business. Improvement needs to happen as business time starts at 8:30.

Please be aware of shipping with UPS - they are very untrustworthy, don’t deliver packages at all and are known to steal and ruin packages as well. My package for $400 was stolen and changed for the other (less expensive one that was supposed to come same day) with some garbage stuff inside. By the way, they provided a delivery status - your package was delivered. So, THANK YOU ups, I hope you’re happy.
