Needs to learn how to answer the phone properly. I didn't know if I was calling someone's home that was throwing a party or UPS? I had to say to the girl that answered " is this UPS? " even then she seemed uninterested and still made me feel I called the wrong number. Then finally said ya, hold on. Then put me on hold for several minutes until I finally hung up. 😐 I am one to understand being busy but had worked customer service myself you just need to wake up and be more present when dealing with people. ~Dawnl

Twice I have went here for printing or shipments. Each time the customer service achieves that "WOW" factor. Their patience when I thought I had everything in order, but didn't. From the older reps to the younger, all got me through it feeling good, not technical dum-dum. Lol! Not sure about what you need to do, they got you, worth the extra gas burned. ~Clayton
