7-Eleven
Pretty sad. I ran in to grab a Rockstar & they had a sign up 3 for $5. I was in a rush so it wasn't until later when I was putting the info in my register that I paid full price - nearly $9 total. I'll drink them so it's fine but I wouldn't have grabbed as many of not for the signage. So I don't know if the sign is wrong or the system is wrong but check your receipt BEFORE you leave. ~Sara
FoodMaxx
I was able to get everything (except my pot) to make Thai chili and garlic oil all under 10 dollars. The store is very clean, employees very polite ~Shannie
The Joint Chiropractic
I have been going to the Joint for about a year now. The staff at the Citrus Heights location has been nothing but amazing. Very professional and clean location, they sanitize between customers. You are always greeted with a friendly welcome by the receptionist Savannah. Dr. Jenkins, always takes the time to ask if you have any trouble areas before your adjustment. I am thoroughly very refreshed after every adjustment. Dr. Jenkins does an amazing job at neck adjustments/stretches. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend for a regular maintenance adjustment, stop by the Joint in Citrus Heights, they wont disappoint. ~Stephanie
Baskin-Robbins
Been going here for years and love the ice cream. However I was sad to find the greenback/San Juan location no longer participates in the family night Tuesday scoop deal. 😢 ~Tyler
Domino's Pizza
Burnt pizza with little toppings. Pineapple, pepperoni and bacon. Were is the bacon? I don’t understand how you can mess up a pizza but Domino’s has been doing it. Issue is it is not just this location. What ever happened to the managers looking at the quality of what there staff is making? ~B
Citi
If I could give negative 5, I would. I am not shocked about the 2 star average (which is still too high) I’ve been a customer with CITIBANK for over 30 years. On Jan 1 with no warning, due to a bank account opened specifically for one reason a year ago, I lost access to my checking account and all credit cards registered on the citi mobile app. FOR NO REASON. I received no notifications from CITI about anything, NOTHING. The system was forcing me to activate a debit card THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN. I even called someone 6 months ago when the app started saying I had a new card (that I never received) to activate and they NEVER TOLD ME I NEEDED AN ACTIVATED DEBIT CARD TO USE THE MOBILE APP (that I had already been using for years). I NEVER EVER received a debit card for the account, NOT EVER. I visited the Citrus Heights branch to resolve the issue, but the service provided was absolutely horrible. Not once did the lead behind the counter acknowledge or explain why it happened, she just kept saying a debit card is required to use the app, when I asked why it worked for a year and now I have no access to anything, she didn’t acknowledge the question. All she did was order a new debit card to be delivered tomorrow and I guess I’ll need to sign for it, but was adamantly clear she couldn’t guarantee when. She didn’t offer a tracking number, and I have not received ANY communication from CITIBANK regarding the card shipment. She apparently doesn’t understand in order to Kill a customer with kindness, the customer needs to be convinced it’s sincere. Well, she can’t play that off at all. She sets a horrible example for her staff by being condescendingly sweet, especially when it’s apparent she has passed judgement on a customer, talks to them like they’re stupid, and just overall didn’t care about the situation. All she saw was a busy branch and wanted to keep the line moving. It’s so disappointing. It’s possible I will no longer do ANY financial business with CITI in the future. ~Katherine
T-Mobile
I had a very complex account problem, and Mikhail at this store was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. He and his co-workers deserve a shout out! He stayed until the problem was solved even though his shift was over, and my problem required some serious digging as well as some truly outside the box thinking. This was an extremely time sensitive issue. If there was a way, Mikhail found it. Thanks again, Mikhail. You do amazing work. ~Rick
DaVita Antelope Dialysis Center
I would give it 0 stars if I could. They truly only care about money. They treat you like you are a product on an assembly line. ~Michael
NAPA Auto Parts RBL - Citrus Heights
Stopped In here unexpectedly yesterday to purchase a gas can as my little sister ran out of gas not too far down the street. As I was checking out I asked the employee, her name was Lisa, if she could possibly show me how to use the spout (it's not like any I've used before and looked extra fancy) She not only took the time to come around the register and show me how to use it, but she also explained that anytime you fill a can at the pump it MUST be a red gas can, and you must set it on the ground while filling it, per laws and regulations. I had no idea! (I've never ran out of gas so I've never needed to know this before) She was seriously so nice, and made the entire experience painless. It isn't fun when someone runs out of gas, but I actually enjoyed the whole situation simply because of how helpful she was! I was a little embarrassed having to ask someone how to use a simple gas can but she made it seem so normal and I truly appreciate her for being so sweet!! I later told my boyfriend about the whole thing, and he said she's helped him before too, and she's always so nice! That alone speaks to how great of an employee she is. I will forever come back to this location thanks to her. Thank you Lisa for making a rough situation into a great experience! ~Cera
Bob's Quality New & Used Tires
Terrance was an amazing help, super knowledgeable and was able to correct an unbalancing issue with only 1 visit that multiple visits to other tire shops were unable to fix. Bobs is a very nice/clean shop as well, with quality tires and workmanship. They even used a torque wrench on the lugs which many other tire shop do not. Thank you Terrance!! Definitely will be back and will send family and friends here from now on. ~Jake
