Best cell phone store in Citrus Heights, California (CA) 2024

I had a very complex account problem, and Mikhail at this store was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. He and his co-workers deserve a shout out! He stayed until the problem was solved even though his shift was over, and my problem required some serious digging as well as some truly outside the box thinking. This was an extremely time sensitive issue. If there was a way, Mikhail found it. Thanks again, Mikhail. You do amazing work. ~Rick

Got off work early 12/16 to make it here in time to switch my carrier and join my boyfriends plan, arrived at 6pm to a locked door with no sign saying they have different hours, and the one girl in the store shook her head at us that was it. Poor service. Had to drive to another cricket to make it before they generally close at 7pm. At least put a sign up on your door if your hours are adjusted, everyone knows that’s the rule of thumb in service right now. Thanks ~Jenny
